I was looking for a particular toy for my dog, Domino, who has developed a huge fetish for this, and only this, specific toy, I'm not sure why but who cares. She wants what she wants and gets what she wants. So I came across the site Dog Dog Cat. While other places offer one or two of the type I wanted or were sold out, Dog Dog Cat boasted a variety to choose from. I was thrilled and ordered several. Anything for the absolute best doggie on the planet, and I'm not the least a bit biased about that, either. She really is. I am just really lucky. What came next stood out as some of the best customer service ever. One of the toys I ordered turned out to be unavailable and you would not believe the lengths that George from Dog Dog Cat went to in order to remedy the situation and make me and my pooch happy. It was incredible. I've never had anyone care as much, try as hard, or fix a problem so fast, as George did. All of that time and energy expended over one measly toy and a dog he'd never laid eyes on. It was incredible. I was so touched and impressed by this over the top customer service, I just had to tell someone about it. Hence, this review. I would highly recommend this company. They have everything you could ever need for your pet, and it's all backed by the greatest customer support you'll ever find. Kudos to George and Dog Dog Cat.We will definitely be...
Read moreI liked it, they had a wide range of outfits and dog/cat accessories. I prefer stores with a higher emphasis on more eco-friendly products and such, but they had a good overall selection of many products. The main reason for the star dock is I heard some not so accurate advice being given by one of the employees. It was in regard to bone/antler treats, which they had a wide selection of. She was saying that if you start your dog on them at a young age they will get used to them and it won’t be hard on their teeth and to just not to give them to older dogs. Dogs teeth are much like our own and bone treats are not ideal for them unless you want a dog with a cracked canine and a hefty vet bill. Their teeth don’t get stronger from use, that was an odd thing for her to say. It may be a personal preference, but from my experience in working at a vet clinic and the multiple pets we saw with cracked/chipped teeth because of their bone treats was...
Read moreThis might be the best pet store (Dogs/Cats) in Northern California/Nevada! It's nicely located in the Raley's shopping center next to Heavenly Village. Just a ton of cool stuff for your pet, with a large selection of quality clothing, sweaters/jackets and costumes. Each choice comes in 6 to 8 sizes, so you don't run into the same problem that we always do with your dog being inbetween the only 3 standard sizes that most stores carry. They also have tons of specialty/novelty items, collars/leashes, decorations, toys, treats, well-being products, etc... Plenty of nice shirts, socks and hats for the humans to show their love too, with everything being high quality. An outstanding healthy food selection and a knowledgeable staff to help make sure you get the right one for your dog or cat. Definitely a great place to get gifts for any pet...
