I normally tip good but I never liked pre tipping due to bad service and today was one of those moment. The delivery driver got lost so he called us. He drove to the building while on the phone…We literally just got off the phone with the driver and told him we’re by the pool and the only one there. He got out the car and was acting super weird. Acted like he didn’t want to hand me the food and insist on coming in the gate. Once he enter the gate he still didn’t want to give me the food and was handing me the whole delivery bag like I was suppose to take it out myself but when I reached for it he acted super weird and said where do I give you the pizza at and I said anywhere it dont matter and he kept walking closer by the pool and I then asked again can I get my pizza and he keep insisting on keeping the pizza when I told him we just got off the phone and my order name but didn’t hand me the food. He finally gave me the food acting all weird like he never done a delivery service before. He then tried to walk out and realize he was locked in… i follow him to open the gate and he was giving me the dirties look….i then told him that’s why I was trying to get the food by the gate so you wouldn’t be locked in but he kept on insisting on coming in. Read moreIf I could give zero stars for service, I would. We placed an order on the phone hours in advanced. We went to get our pizzas- they haven’t been made yet. We ordered a gluten free pizza because I have celiacs. They didn’t have a gluten free pizza on our receipt. We asked if they charged us for one and when they said no- we asked them to switch it to gluten free since they hadn’t made the pizza yet. They told us no. Roman made us pay for the pizza that wasn’t gluten free (even though it hadn’t even been made yet) and then a gluten free pizza. It was literally the worst service ever. Which is so sad because we’ve owned a place on the island for years and have frequented the original Gabriella’s for years with no problems. Then on top of that- we waited OVER an hour for our pizzas. Worst service ever. Roman provided the worst service- was rude, disrespectful and even though he messed up the order (when I have a hereditary dietary issue) made no strides to make it better. Seriously, this beautiful gal could've sold me a salvage-title clown car or something (😂) and I'd have been like, "Yep! That there Dana says it's a good idea? It's a good idea." Be all rummaging around through my huge holahoop overalls, diggin' in em' drawers for a red nose and multi-colored wig, like, "Got me an investment somehow here!"
