Average sandwiches at best. Just moved to Park City and needed lunch. I had heard about Jimmy John’s and was eager to try. I spotted a new menu item called the “Cubano“and from the description it sounded like a Cuban sandwich. What it got, was a cold (not pressed in a grill like a normal Cuban) sandwich whose overwhelming flavor was mayo and mustard. I could tell if I was eating ham or jellyfish because the meat was overpowered by the condiments.
Since it was a “new” menu item I assumed that they just hadn’t dialed it in all the way and was willing to give them a second chance. Great place, great food, and great experience overall. Highly...

How am I supposed to know they need the receipt to make and call the order then I get it with the sandwich! First time in this business as I'm from overseas. But speak English very well so it wasn't a language thing. Your staffs inability to explain the process is not really my fault and tbh not my problem. Doubt I'll be back to this store, life is busy enough without coping a dressing down from someone behind...
