I want to say the food was delicious and not pricey at all. I had just picked up my 1 year old niece from her mom and 5 year old niece and her brother my 7 year old nephew from school and then we went to the store. After Dante and Lori wanted to go to fazolis because that’s where we used to get food from after church on Sundays before my parents were in an accident and sadly passed. Since then my sister doesn’t like going there although the kids love it. It’s a special treat I’ll get them dinner from there, normally we have the absolute best experience with the night staff. However, I didn’t go at my normal time and went earlier, around 4, far earlier then I normally would (One of the biggest mistakes I made.) My problem is the way I heard an older woman with glasses who, no judgement, seemed to have a smokers voice talked to the wonderful staff that were nothing but kind. (She seemed to be a manager or a women in some power the way she was disrespectfully speaking to employees.) There should be no reason I’m eating at an establishment or receiving food from an establishment and hear someone cursing out staff for them doing things that should be HER job. Then to see her leave the establishment to sit in her car and smoke cigarettes on the phone while her employees are working is even more appalling. Meanwhile I had to explain to my 5 and 7 year old that the f word isn’t a word we should say. While I to pull into the parking lot to soothe their baby sister. Overall if I didn’t witness and have this experience at the establishment my review would’ve been higher. I hope to see change in the future. I will be going to fazolis again soon and hope to have a better experience with either someone new in her position (no matter what it is) or her learning the importance of not talking in such a horrific way and doing...
Read moreAfter ordering carryout at the Riverdale location, I had to try this one. This Fazoli’s honours the dining tradition Fazolis was founded on. Brianna and Mel were very friendly and professional. Mel def deserves a raise because she was studious with cleaning the floor, bathrooms, customer tables, and bringing food out with a smile. I was checked on and offered more breadsticks than any sane person could eat. My only minor complaint is, although good, the food wasn’t as hot as I am used to at a Fazoli’s, and it came out to my table lightening fast, so I am suspecting some was pre made. Perfect if you are there for a quick lunch. Everything also looked clean and well maintained, including the menu boards. Even the condiments were well stocked. I will definitely be back if I am itching for...
Read moreI placed my order in the drive through at 5:26. 30 minutes ago. I always get Spicy baked ziti with chicken. I never had a pan with enough sauce, it always seems to be as less as they possibly can… I asked for extra sauce. Now it’s EXTRA sauce with only 5 pieces of chicken & 2 pieces of the chicken were too hard to even chew so I spat it back out. Imagine spending $18 for a pan of noodles & EXTRA sauce, with only 5 pieces of chicken. I called at 5:55 to complain. After suggesting that they do better & I couldn’t make it back there because I live downtown Memphis, the lady hung up in my face. Rude ash. Will be my last time shopping at any...
