This location is at best a 10 minute walk on a dry summer day with the wind at your back, well outside of the resort, but more likely a drive with little to no parking. Good luck if you think you'll get there with skis or even just ski boots on.
Storm Peak beers are of low consistency, their fermentations are often a showcase of temperature, pitching, and other fermentation flaws detectable by anyone who cares about beer quality.
As a local, I know several people who have had drastic hangovers or gotten sick from just one or two beers here. That's not normal. That's usually caused by fusel alcohols. Google it.

Read moreWe finally made it in to try the food at the Mountain location, Chef Ryan did not disappoint! We started with the Buratta, garden fresh tomatoes, mortadella and fresh herbs. We tried the Dry rub wings, the Lemongrass Ribs and the Yampavoire salad. They were all worthy choices, the braised cabbage with the ribs was my favorite, thank goodness you can order extra sides of that! We will be back to sample the rest of the menu!
