Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Straban Township

This is my 3rd attempt going there. 1 time soccer games ordered and had a hour wait time. 2 time walked in and a lot of training going on and it was a 45 min wait. Now this is crazy. The 3rd time and my last..,...called in order was given a 15 min ready time. Arrived and the order was not done. Then I heard them say they were doing the cold sub now......your kissing they did my Philadelphia cheese steak first and now waiting 30 min for one sub? OMG.... Got home 15 min ride and aub was not hot and bread was soggy. I called and they said we are so sorry .,....bring it back and we will have a fresh one ready when you arrive. I told him to F himself I shouldn't have to drive back 15 min and home 15 min two times a a two giant sub order. My last time there and will spread the comments to all who ask...

We have been eating at Jersey Mike's for years and have always been very satisfied. Tonight ordered 4 hoagies from the new Gettysburg store. All were ordered on line, Mike's way with no onions, with pick up inside. Subs were done when picked up and that's were things started to go down hill. Got home and opened our dinners...... None had lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar or oregano. All had onions. Needless to say, NOT Mike's way. Called the store and asked to speak with the Manager.He didn't care, made excuse about having 3 new employees on tonight, never apologized and wanted to know what we wanted. I realize it's a new store that recently opened, but if your not ready to open .... don't Hopefully you get it right in the very near future or you...

Ordered my typical cheese steak sub I always get with no onion or peppers… but they put them on anyways because the guy at the front didn’t write down my order. I got a free sub so whatever. Come in for my free sub, ask for lettuce and banana peppers but they don’t put the lettuce on. Once again, they messed up my order because the workers are Apparantly too lazy to write down orders anymore. Management needs to get their act together. Not to mention the one girl starts whispering in her other workers ear the second I walk in and order my free sub. So unprofessional, you guys need to spend more time...
