Rude, huffy waitress, bland salad bar and food, and completely flavorless chicken noodle soup. Their broccoli bacon salad was horrible too. Ranch dressing for salad was very mild on flavor too. The whole theme of this place should be "mild". The only thing I legitimately enjoyed was the pineapple! I won't be back unless someone curses me with a gift card on a Holiday. Please don't.

My wife and I had the salad bar. Not many places with salad bar anymore so we really appreciate this one. Salad bar was kept clean and filled. Good selection of salad items to pick from. My wife likes the soup and chili that were included. I'm not a soup or chili person. I frequently get the whale of a cod sandwich which is huge and tasty. Last one measured about 9" long!!

7 of us all left happy and full, well except the kid who ordered tater tots as their full meal 🤪 The service was great. Don’t use the hand dryer in the bathroom. I didn’t see the sign / wasn’t paying attention and ended up with black soot all over my hands and the lady using the bathroom asking me if something was burning bc it sounded like a fire.

My husband and I decided after our very long, hard day to head to Eat N Park so I could get the salad bar which ive been craving very badly. I have gout and Im currently in a two month long flair. I cant eat anything else on the menu. I just wanted a healthy meal. It was 8:36pm when we ordered. I told the waitress I just wanted the salad bar. She said okay, then informed me they tear it down at 9. I started reaching for my phone to see what time it was.. at that point, it would have given me only 20 minutes to scarf down food, which I would then puke back up before hitting the front door due to eating too fast. I asked if they close at 11pm, why do they tear it down at 9. She said it takes TWO HOURS to break down and clean up. Now, I know im not the brightest bulb sometimes, but that just doesnt sound right to me. I currently work in food service and my husband did for years. So that just seemed very reaching to us. The hours posted for the salad bar has OPENING times, but NO closing times! If the salad bar actually closes at 9pm, then that information should be posted online, on the menu, in bold print somewhere, etc, and made known. My husband was upset because he didnt want to still order and eat in front of me, plus, he knew I was hungry and just wanted to make me happy. Its not the waitresses fault, we dont blame her at all. I even explained to her that I have gout and the salad bar was the whole reason why we came. We wasted an entire hour commuting to the restraunt and extra money to make this dinner happen just to go home upset and frustrated, with empty bellys. The last 2 times we went, it was fine, no problems. But this experience definitely put us off Eat N Park...

I want to start off by saying that the food here was pretty good but the staff is what made this experience truly horrible. The waitress literally interrupted me ordering to say that she wanted the woman next to me to order first because that was "her system". Now, as a precious server for years myself, I can tell you I've never been more appalled. Guests are not there to be told what to do let alone because you cannot do your job like normal. I was also told I would get a refill as my meal was dropped off and finished my entire meal before recieving said refill. Once the checks were handed out we immediately placed our payments on them and instead of her taking them to cash out which is by far the easiest task of waiting tables she stated she would come back to take them which took another ten minutes. Our waitress then stated she was sorry that they were just so busy. Mind you there were only 3 other tables she was waiting on at this time and any experienced server knows that is nothing to become flustered about and definitely no reason to make an excuse for yourself to paying customers. Every job has its stressful moments, but this particular one you should never make it known to your guests. I could not locate a manager anywhere to speak with and only saw a total of 4 employees trying to run the entire restaurant. If you can blatantly see that your guests are unhappy you should already have brought that to managements attention. This was by far the most awful service experience I have received in years. Sadly disappointed and I will not...

My wife and I have come to this location on and off for several years, and tonight was the last time.

Service was slow and the server was very unsure of what she was doing. When we mentioned that we wanted a 'specialty' milkshake with a special that offers the 'regular' shake she asked someone (maybe a manager?) if that was possible. When we were told that we couldn't do that I asked if an upcharge was possible. We were told that their POS is not set up to allow that. Seems a rather customer unfriendly way to run a restaurant.

Even though the menu says that all meat will be cooked to well done unless otherwise requested, that is not possible either. Well done or nothing.

Our meal was served almost 30 minutes after we ordered, which is too long for the number of customers that were there. Our waitress forgot items that came with the meal (no tartar sauce for a fish sandwich) but I didn't ask for it as she didn't come to check on us until we were almost finished with our meals.

We watched as a couple was told that the only table they could sit at was a large table right in front of a large window. They did not want to sit there, but that was the only one they could get because the other 'sections' were already closed. At 6:30pm.

With the precipitous decline in customer service and food quality since the last time we ate there, we will not be checking back to find out if they improve. I half expect to see yet another restaurant close due to lack of caring about...
