Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Summit Township

I visit this store often everything is good but today seems different i personally did-not like the service today, its because of the staff i guess he is new to store he was not good to the customers and talking to the customers in a rude way, he is in the front section .He is not clean when he talks he smells bad I guess no one hires such persons, people have to visit the store if such persons are there no one will visit back . He is a lean black indian guy almost the store is full of Indian’s instead of taking care of the customers they are gossiping in the store and this is a very bad behavior if he is there next time i am definitely not visiting the store again. The food, smoothies, and bowls are absolutely wonderful so no problem there. The problem comes when you order delivery. Sometimes they don’t include a receipt so you miss out on rewards points. And sometimes when you do get a receipt then the rewards code shows as already redeemed. I want to blame the DoorDash driver but can’t prove it. Trying to contact support through the app is worthless and you’ll never get anywhere. Seems like the entire company is built around taking your money, lies, and disappointment. Clean environment, quick and kind customer service, great food. Tropical Smoothie was my favorite spot in Charleston, South Carolina and I’ve been in withdrawal since I moved up to Erie.
