Edit: I actually am extremely experienced in online marketing. I am semi-retired and love it. My pet projects are based on community enrichment. Any moderate * search (that hasn't been updated in years) swiftly shows I have over a decade of Enterprise level CTO, with a hefty digital marketing background and most pop/cutting-edge CRM certifications. Quite frankly when I did offer services you need, I managed around a dozen businesses at once with the smallest being larger than "Fulltilt Saloon"...one of the reason I made a review is because you guys obviously in real life (and now apparently online too) judge a book by its cover? I was coding COBALT in middle school, Cisco CNA before I graduated high school, and an Early 2009 Bitcoin Frontier Adopter... I know my stuff tech wise, as well as fine dining experiences and I will leave it at that.
Quit doubling down by placing blame on others when you can just admit that Fulltilts online needs are too technical for your current staff. WHY DO YOU THINK "GOOGLE" IS ONLY DOING THIS TO YOUR BUSINESS WHEN MOST EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT (THAT FOLLOWS GOGLES S.E.R.P. GUIDELINES) DONT HAVE ANY ISSUES AT ALL?? Can you tell me that? I even emailed you a link where you could have fixed this quicker than you made your (false) response to my review?
This isn't anything you "contact Google" about. It is a simple change to the source code and whoever runs your websites issue to solve! You do realize you are replying as Google verified Fulltilt (owner), so you can do this in a minute in Buisness Manager...plus I actually googled and showed your bartender EXACTLY how to change this, a simple copy paste, so you were full aware thsy this isn't Googles fault. Your bullcrap can cause issues, a menu at your location provides zero help for those planning ahead. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES AND QUIT BLAMING OTHERS
Food is around Applebee's quality maybe some dishes slightly better. Food was fast but they switch menus often, their site and google business are usually completely different from what they really offer. Staff were smartasses and quick to blame customers for complications that may cause... particularly troublesome for people with FOOD ALLERGIES that rely on their current menu to be true, for obvious reasons. Prices are well above average for similar places in Ouray (not fine dining) especially...
Read moreI came in for the tiki masala and the Greek gyro only to discover they now have a very limited menu burgers, fish and chips, and other bar type foods. The excuse was that they can’t fix their website and put the new menu up. So close down your website and open a new one - it’s not that hard. They charge a.$4.50 living wage fee, but don’t bring water to your table. You have to walk somewhere and use a plastic cup to get water out of a plastic cooler you see on the side of construction trucks. I don’t appreciate having to self-serve myself and pay a fee for water that taste like plastic.
I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. A ridiculously tiny piece of chicken was on my sandwich. I had to stand up for myself and insist I get a proper serving of chicken for an $18 sandwich. I was left with nothing but fries to eat while the rest of my party was eating. Somewhere between the Koch, the restaurant manager, and the server somebody should’ve caught this mistake and not try to hoodwink me. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the buffalo sauce was squirted on top. This is not the proper way to prepare and serve buffalo chicken - it should be marinated and cooked in its sauce so the flavors are infused. Very limited draft beer menu, and the beer was not super cold or super fizzy. Finally, it took two bottles of water to get over the amount of salt that was in my meal and I was left with a gut bomb the rest of the day. Needless to say, I will not be returning to...
Read more(I’m editing and re-posting since I added info about a jalpeño comment that are not in the tots. I want the review to be accurate and include a photo and appreciate the correction. 😊 ) I also uploaded a photo of my drink to show pour prior to taking any sips since it was implied I don’t know the difference between a cocktail and a straight whisky pour. That was what my husband ordered. The tater tots were good but one of them wasn’t a tot at all, it was the fried crunchie part like an over fried hash brown edge. Otherwise, they tasted very delicious and the dip added a good flavor. The bartender was definitely new because he didn’t know what I meant that I wanted my drink served up. (He literally asked me what that meant. I’m not saying that to be disparaging, just factual. It’s not a biggie, we all have to start learning somewhere. It was strong and well made) but there was one heck of a short pour going on with my Old Fashion. I included a photo to show it’s clearly a cocktail drink (hence the garnish, not a straight whisky) Learning is one thing, a short pour is sacrilegious. No bueno. There were a couple of high top chairs at the bar missing the rungs at the bottom which is an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise it wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t spend my evening there with the other...
