This review is not about the restaurant. It’s about the venue, its location and the rooftop bar. We have been through Ouray on several occasions while traveling the million dollar highway. Great mountain town and worth the stop at any given time you are traveling. Found this location w friends. Wow! This place is great. It’s a three story Thai Restaurant. The first floor is the restaurant. Second floor is a lounge and Bar. The top is an out door sitting area with bar and firepit. The place is really cool. An eclectic old building remodeled with an industrial modern vibe that takes advantage of the old structure perfectly. The rooftop probably has the best view of Ouray town and the surroundings - of any building in Ouray. Not sure why this place is lsn’t packed. The view is spectacular and sits above all the other buildings. No obstructions to the view. The costs are very reasonable for drinks. The rooftop has bar seating as well as lounges and a fire pit. It’s an awesome location If you are hungry, you can eat in any level. It’s my new “go to” location in Ouray. I’ll avoid the other “busy burger locations”. They don’t have half the view and ambiance of this building and location. I don’t even care the quality of the food. The location is absolutely choice and the views (which is why you go to Ouray) are the best in town!

I just had the most amazing experience at a Thai restaurant in Ouray, CO, and I couldn't wait to share it! This is my first visit to this charming town on our road trip, and let me tell you, their Thai food is absolutely the best I've ever tasted! We tried the duck noodle soup, which is pretty rare to find, and it was cooked to perfection. The crispy pork belly with basil was also a standout! To mix things up, we ordered some sushi, which helped balance out all the delicious Thai flavors. The waitstaff here are incredibly warm and friendly! They usually only serve sushi and pasta on the rooftop to keep the Thai dishes warm, but they graciously made an exception for us. The views from up there are simply stunning! I really appreciated how polite and attentive they were to all their customers. It made our experience even more special! I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend you check it out if you’re in the area!

Honestly if I can give 0 star I will. We ordered a pad see ew, worst taste ever, too salty and sweet. When we kindly asked if they could remake it to make it less salty and sweet, the waiter rudely refused us, saying every Thai restaurant is different, this is how they make it. This never happened before in all of the restaurants I have dined in. They are always happy to remake it or make some adjustments to the dishes. We did not feel like leaving any tips because of their bad service👎however, when we checked our transaction today, we found the waiter gave himself 17.3% tips without our authorization! Tips is to show our appreciation to a good service, I don’t think it’s mandated, not even mentioning tipping without customers’ authorization. Really ridiculous… 🙄I wish I could have checked some reviews before deciding to dine in there🙂

Violation of the Americans with Disabilities Acts ADA regarding Service Animals

The one star reflects: Refusal to allow my wife's certified service animal inside the restaurant, hence breaking provisions included with the ADA. Asking for a certification when it isn't allowed, in a demanding and harsh manner. They offered to eat outside, not even turning on the heaters. Later on, upon my insistence, the manager sent someone to do it. The manager was rude, uncaring and provided a terrible service, by bringing the items ordered at different and uncoordinated time. (i.e. appetizer and soup entree together, rice for the soup Tom Ka Gai, 7' afterwards, among a few other incidents). The food was just average. The Thai fish cakes were oily. The tom ka gas was good. The Thai basil fried rice was dried and barely spicy despite my requests. After my many trips to Thailand, I know a thing or two about Thai cuisine, this was between average and poor.

I accept my own mistakes for choosing a Thai restaurant in a mountain town, and for accepting the discrimination and eating outside. (It was late, and had no many other options).

It was a sad and...

We order takeout food today during our road trip from Dallas to Durango When we went in to pick up the food along with my handicap mother who wanted to use restroom, we thought let's just eat here as the food was still not ready to take out We asked the staff but they denied install and walked back in the kitchen We waited for our food to be ready and gave another try to ask nicely but the guy sat and I quote "take out means take out" and again walked in. At this point there is no one at the front to attend us

We have no paper plates spoons or sauces to eat in our car I asked ok give some plates and sauces They gave me 1 sauce. 1 When I asked u want 5 adults to use 1 sauce they he was like yes And again walked inside Super rude staff Horrible customer service

And worst we found a piece of meat in our vegetarian order. To all the vegetarian people u know how bad it is.

Also who gave this kitchen a license to operate like this Worst experience and bad memory with my parents and friends Oh did I mention we had a 3 year old with us and they would allow us...
