We picked up sandwiches for take out and were a bit taken back by the price at first but it’s a tourist town so not a big deal, but on the high side. But when we ate them, it was obvious why they were worth it! The bread was perfectly toasted and fresh, generous portions, and full of flavor! I had the turkey and ham BLT and although the bacon was pretty charred it still tasted great. That’s a personal preference though is bacon that’s not super crispy. There was no shortage of meats and highly recommend adding the avocado. My husband had the Italian Cibatta and he said it was incredible. There was a ton of roast beef and overall fantastic sandwich. The downside was when he went inside to get a to-go order the lady behind the counter was standing there for a long time not serving anyone else and playing on her phone. Another woman finally came out from the back and told her to help my husband. The most bare minimum of acknowledging a customer was apparently not in her repertoire. That was a bummer but didn’t take away from the yummy factor. It did however prevent us from going back the next day to try their breakfast so they lost a repeat customer from lack of service but their sandwiches...

Ok, went there with my wife today for lunch.
Not greeted friendly. Short and rude.
Got the food and hamburger was raw! Chips were ok. Nothing special for the money, $50! (2) burgers and some chips. Oh and free water. And when paying, cashier asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes but before I could put in my ph. # she handed me a paper receipt. So rude.
And no thank you.
Know it was 1 o’clock and they’ve been open since 7 and close at two, but what a pitiful attitude with everyone!
Second, the back room stinks and couldn’t even consider eating in it.
Thirdly, the burgers were raw, when I mentioned it to the redhead she said, ‘oh I’ll have to tell them’. She didn’t care and went on about her business.
You pay first and tip too, so what was to do?
Don’t recommend this place and wish Ouray Brewery was open, here from locals it’s much better but happened be closed on Wednesday for some reason.
This place needs to start over and fix everything!
I’d find another place eat in Ouray. It...
Read morePassing through Ouray on an 8 hr road-trip we stopped to pick up breakfast. After waiting over 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches ($14 each) and a cold latte we were greatly disappointed. Both came with a thoroughly overcooked meatball shaped sausage patty and dry, hard bread accompanied by an over cooked scrambled egg.
I was so dissatisfied I filled out the online contact form requesting a phone call. After a few days with no response I made a phone call and was told by the manager that if I didn’t have photos then there was no option for a refund, (it never occurred to me to photograph half eaten sandwiches). I asked that the owner who had not responded to my online submission give me a call back. Days later we still have not heard back. The customer service and the food are both lousy. Take your time and...
