La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Temecula

I had a really bad experience yesterday afternoon took my Twins to get ice cream I had not gone to this place in years but the times I had gone they it was great till Yesterday well I ordered a banana split for the 3 of us with extra banana as we where eating it I noticed that the banana that my girl was about to eat was all rotten literally you can see how rotten it was I took it to the girl that had made it and told her that why would she give this to us she just looked at me with a rude attitude and all she said was I’ll get my manager ..!!!!!! I also work handling food and I have been told !!!!NEVER TO GIVE A CUSTOMER SOMETHING THAT WE WOUDNT EAT OURSELVES !!!!!! The guanábana tasted wierd it had an after taste it was the small size so my husband went to tell the cashier he asked her how old was the ice cream and she said they had made it everyday so he asked if he can change it for coconut and right away she said No that they don’t do that there the ice cream was melted and she said it was halfway done, my husband had barely gotten a. Couple of spoons it was definitely full. She even told him he can throw it away. It really tasted like acidic taste. The cashier name is Monica and she has terrible customer service! I went to this michoacana and it was terrible i got a agua fresca and it contained milk in it horchata it was spoiled and rotten it was terrible and i was already going home from a long day from work and i wanted something sweet so i went to get that i called to say to check the milk because its rotten and a lady answered she had terrible attitude and she said ok and hanged up are you like serious that is not customer service that’s horrible and this place is not it when someone has a long day at work and wants something sweet and then having a lady ruin it hanging up the phone giving you attitude is terrible I’ve worked at restaurants before I know how costumer services is and this lady doesn’t have it or this location do better...
