Not ever coming back. Almost 15 dollars for tikka masala that comes in a paper bowl that is small and has “small chunks” of chicken. That is just crazy to me. Food in Riverside county is a far cry in size , price and taste than food from L. A. County. Ordered vegetable biriyani and we have waited 1 hour. Told three different times just a few more minutes almost ready, while we see others getting their food that have come in after us. Seems like they were more focused on on to go orders. My husband finally went and asked for a refund because he has to get to work and the gentleman said it’s really hard to give a refund from Apple Pay and my husband said really it’s hard to give a refund? So the guy said please sir just five more minutes and in five minutes it was finally ready. I do not understand what their issue was but that, the price , the amount the small chunks of chicken. I have never had chicken taste dry and not be tender in a tikka masala dish, this is a first. All of this ruined the whole Hyperbad experience for us. I will take the drive to Flamin Curry in Long Beach any day. How is nann bread not included with a main dish? You have to pay separately 🤦♀️ every Indian food establishment I have been to has made this a...

Read moreLeft disappointed at sunday brunch without getting food!
I love Hyderabad Café for their biryanis. I usually do to-go orders. But this time I went in to try the Sunday buffet for the first time.
Unfortunately the experience was spoiled by the way the crowd was managed that day. It was very busy (rightfully so), and we waited to be shown a table. While we stood waiting, several parties who arrived after us — and in a few cases who seemed to already know people dining — were able to sit down as soon as a table was clearing. One person even asked a departing diner to let a child sit while the party was still leaving. It felt like tables were being taken before staff could seat waiting guests.
The servers were apologetic and kept reassuring us, so this wasn’t the servers’ fault alone. The restaurant needs clearer queue management and firmer enforcement of a fair seating policy so early arrivals aren’t bypassed. Because of that scene and the crowd’s behavior we left disappointed without getting food.
I’d come back for my pick up order- biryani, but I hope management improves how they handle...
