I saw this new place in social media so I was excited to try it. The ladies that worked the front weren’t friendly at all, I don’t recall being greeted at all. You have to order your food from a kiosk which isn’t user friendly. No one offered to help. We ordered two drinks which no one gave to us. When my son went up to the counter to get the drinks they acted like he was trying to get free drinks. We were literally the only people waiting for food. They could have looked at our order and saw we had 2 drinks. I had to get up and talk to them and the man that was there quickly identified the order and handed me the cups. The food was good but not 5 star worthy I’d say. When we were done eating, no one ever came by to see if we were good or needed anything, we cleaned up and left. Temecula just got tastier with Kabob Shack! My wife and I stopped by and were blown away. I had the California Kabob wrap with gyro, and she went with the Chicken Kabob rice plate—both were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portions are huge, easily enough to share.

What really stood out was the sauce bar: garlic, tzatziki, sumac chipotle, and mango chili. All four were delicious, but mixing the garlic with sumac chipotle was a game-changer.

We walk in and nobody says hello or offers to help us with the kiosk which was kind of a pain. We waited a while and got or food but they forgot the drink cups. They acted almost offended… becoming confused with the request and asking for a receipt, then giving us our two cups. We ate our food which was pretty good and I asked my wife how is this place 4.9 stars on google?? Then after we finished we left and nobody said thank you or have a nice day or anything at all as we walked out. With all the Mediterranean restaurants in the area to choose from, I certainly won’t be going back...
