Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Temecula

We we spent close to $50 for regular pizza (takeout, not delivery), got home to discover a cold, extremely thin crust pizza. Called the store and waited 25 minutes on hold to ask them to provide a refund or simply deliver the pizza we actually ordered to us. Though they acknowledged they deliver, they refused to do either one, told us to contact Uber eats for a refund, and then HUNG UP on me. Pizza was overpriced and underwhelming anyway, so I'm glad we learned a valuable lesson to never go to this location again. You've been warned.

UPDATE: After spending almost 90 minutes chatting with Uber Eats (who told me to contact the store for a refund, not them), I called back and spent another 20 minutes waiting only to be told that the store needed to authorize the refund with Uber Eats but hadn't yet. If you like spending $50 to not get what you ordered and get the runaround during your weekend evening, this...

What a joke, Went to MM's Tues. 1/7/2025 for the buffet from 11am to 2pm. I arrived at 11:45am to find NO buffet ?? I asked the worker about the buffet and he stated yes, I asked him where it was and he stated basically about... 2 min. I thought I started at 11am? No we just opened 2 min. So I came back 10 min and... NO buffet! ?!?! I asked again were was the buffet oh we have in oven now... Looked in the oven top and bottom carousels, Nothing in the oven. I asked again so when will the buffet take place? In about 20 min. Its now 12:10pm no one working on making anything, Nothing in the oven So I come back 20 min... No buffet. Worker states oh just eat salad. Salad bar looked old and wilted with flies. What has happened to Mountain Mike's? never to this...

I rarely leave reviews but this was a must. I ordered pizza last week and the person who delivered gave me the wrong order. I was able to catch the driver but unfortunately there was a huge language barrier so we were unable to establish what happened. I immediately called the restaurant and they immediately knew what had occurred. They took responsibility which it was not their fault; the driver got the orders mixed but I appreciated the response all the same. They sent the correct order immediately and everything from the pizza, wings and churros was good. The price is a little high but worth it. I plan to order again. Praying we get the right order first time around.
