I don't normally do restaurant reviews cause I know the industry can be stressful and things happen.

But, my husband and I went out last night for the first time in months. Decided on Oscar's Brewing Company. It was Friday night so we knew we were in for a wait for a table and a wait for food. We weren't in a rush at all and remained respectful and patient almost the entire evening.

Got seated around 6:45. It took over 20 mins to get a drink. Another 20-30 mins to get an appetizer. 30 mins later the waitress comes and asks us what our actual dinner order was cause the kitchen messed up and she needs to confirm it. We had ordered the TriTip and told her again our dinner order. We knew she had just forgot to put in our order and still, we stayed patient and respectful and told her no worries. She said it would be out soon.

An hour later we were served something completely different than what we ordered. In that hour we never received silverware. Still didn't get silverware when we got the wrong food. I had to go hunt to get napkins for us. Didn't get asked for refills. Still, trying to stay positive we flagged down the waitress to correct our order.

So we show the waitress they brought us the wrong food. She legit stands like "what do you want me to do". At this point I'm legit starving so I'm like please just ring us out for our 2 drinks and appetizer. So she takes our card, charges us out and hands us the receipt and has charged us for something we didn't even order!

And she still just doesn't care, like it's not her problem. I'm close to tears at this point cause it's 9pm and I haven't eaten and our date night is practically ruined. So I ask for the manager. I explain the situation and Manager was polite and apologetic and gave us our money back for everything which I appreciated but didn't help the fact that we had been at his restaurant for over 2 hours and left unhappy and hungry.

I totally understand busy evenings and we came in knowing it would take time but to me this was unacceptable service. We won't be returning...

Honestly, I love the location I love the remodel and I love the beers. This place has the potential to be the next hit place. They are busy and they are killing it. Pizza, breadsticks, salads are all great everything else is pretty bland and not worth spending the money on it. We came when they first opened and the experience was great, the waiter got a little offended when we told him the food was kinda bland.

The second experience was not so great, We came on a Sunday and they were out of basically all the beers, maybe 4 options to choose from and apparently they don’t retap on the weekend because they are closed Monday and Tuesday (okay but what about the people that can’t make it on a weekday to try your beers?)

Their communication upon staff is HORRIBLE, they also have no right to go back and give attitude to their paying customers because of their own miscommunication. We had a large party and they wouldn’t take a reservation for 2pm so I had to put my name in (1:00 p) they sat me almost right away (1:15p) and then I told them that my party will not be here until 2p are you sure you want to seat me (yes it’s fine) then a guy with all black on and an iPad rudely came over said where is your party it’s been 45 min, first of all I was very clear when my party was going to be here and second of do not come up and talk to me like because of your coworkers poor planning I was very clear on what and when I needed it. And then he doesn’t even apologize after I told him that and just says “i didn’t know that” and walks away...okay jerk. The waitress we had was very accommodating and amazing to our entire table.

Lots of adjustments to be made by management (or whoever these guys are that walk around in the black clothes, the bald guy was very nice but the other one was rude and needs an attitude adjustment) especially with the way you speak to...

Poor service!!! Extremely slow with several service mistakes!! We had several people, often in large groups, enter ahead of us and just self seat without management asking them to wait as the rest of us on the wait list were doing. This caused us about an additional half hour of patiently waiting. Then once seated, our server was extremely slow to get to us, greet us, take our drink order....just missing in action! Out of frustration we flagged him down and asked to put in our drink order, at the very least and that we were ready to order. No mention that there was no physical menus available and/or how to download or view a menu online. We finally figured that out for ourselves. Then after ordering, which included an appetizer, we sat and waited for quite some time, no refill on our iced tea or water and no sign of our appetizer. Once again we had to flag down our server and ask where our appetizer was. He then replied, "Oh, you wanted those now. I thought you wanted it with your meal because you ordered it last." Really!? I was the last person to order in our party and was the one who chose to order an appetizer, but how do you translate that, without asking, that we just wanted our appetizer with our dinner?! Well, this was a once and never again experience. I am usually understanding and would give a place like this a second chance but the experience was not good from the arrival to the departure. Also, the mojito I ordered was not made correct and way over priced for the 8 oz glass it was served in (completely full of ice). I would recommend taking a serious pass on this place. We were never approached by management to voice our concerns and my guess is they will not offer up an apology here either, except maybe for the face saving, bad review, generic one. I will update this if...

First visit here, only had one beer, but this is now my fave brewery in Temecula, especially after Wild Barrel closed last year :/ I'm in general basing the review on the easy parking, nice design/layout, great view, and fantastic service received. I had no idea that the building adjacent/atop the hill from Temecula Duck Pond was a brewery. With that location comes a really fantastic view of the lake. We wanted to enjoy our drinks outside for the best view but it was very cold that night so we just had them at some countertop seating since the bar was packed. I did not get the guy's name, but the one who helped us out at the bar was exceptional and his vibe is one of the main reasons I like going to local breweries in the first place. He was friendly, welcoming, and provided great info to help a new customer such as myself to choose a drink. I forget the names, but I had an IPA, and the wife had some type of sour which she said she enjoyed. IPA was good, crisp, and not too bitter. I hear they have good food so maybe I'll try it out when I come back. The place is quite large from what I can tell. When you walk in you'll see the hostess stand, what I'm pretty sure is the main dining area behind that, while the bar is to the right. Along with that is all the outside seating which appeared to be a fair amount as well. The place has a nice modern decor, and is less "rustic" than I usually see at other breweries. This lends itself to a more elevated environment that makes it more appealing to go for dinner I believe. Parking is very easy since they have their own lot and the place is easy to find. You'll see the OBC sign off the street. I look forward to coming back and if you are in Temecula you should check them out. Cheers!

Back in the day, when we were all jamming to the Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears, I used to frequent this place called Oscar's (now known as OBC brewing Company ). And let me tell you, their breadsticks were the stuff of legends! I mean, I even told my girlfriend about them. She didn't believe me, so we embarked on a breadstick mission. We arrived at the restaurant, and the first thing we noticed was the gorgeous patio overlooking a pond. I mean, talk about a picturesque setting for a breadstick showdown! The service was top-notch, and the staff made us feel like breadstick royalty. They had heaters on the patio, which was a perfect touch for those chilly evenings. The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting that we instantly felt at home. The menu had a wide variety of delicious options, but our focus was on those legendary breadsticks. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint! They were warm, soft, and oh-so-garlicky. My girlfriend's eyes widened with every bite, and I could see the love for breadsticks growing in her heart. We also tried the lamb meatball pizza, which was absolutely yummy! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a burst of culinary delight. However, the real winner for me was the brioche. It was like a little piece of heaven on a plate. The breadsticks alone are worth the journey, but the overall experience will leave you wanting more. Trust me, you won't regret it! My girlfriend is now obsessed with breadsticks, and I have officially become the Breadstick King.

It was amazing, or server was fantastic! Maddiehelp to keep our water always up, food perfectly done and the order taken to perfection. She's one of the few servers we've ever had that we enjoyed having. She was always there when we needed her we never had anything missing, we always were serve and taking care of by her and at the same time her good disposition always made it very nice for us to call her or ask for something else. This is the first time my boyfriend I come to this place I need this to say it won't be the last one probably be back sometime next week enjoying the plates. I had a Marguerite Pizza, and my wife had a chicken taco and a carnitas taco that were to die for. We ate them too fast the pictures couldn't be taken. Then for dessert we had the chocolate chip cookie with salted caramel ice cream. I did take some pictures and it was amazing really sweet though but it was amazing. All in all our experience was really really good and we really enjoy the views the open space and the opportunity to try a brand new place that we never had before. When I come back I'm going to have a taste of the hamburgers they have in the menu. They do have handicap access in their parking lot as well as the entrance they do have things for children for adults for the whole family. Their beer was very good and all I know was a wonderful experience.
