I'll do the honor of posting the first review which I assume this is a newly opened store. I see 2 5 star reviews but can't read it somehow. My first impression was the store was empty and employees don't bother to greet. The first thing you see are self ordering machines. I am not a fan of machines replacing humans and was more annoyed that I cannot check out without leaving my phone number. If the owner is reading this you need to fix that. Our privacy and data is not safe anywhere and not only is it annoying to customers it causes liability in case data breaches happen. My son ordered the signature drink which I could tell would be tart. However the recommended sweetness for this drink is programmed to say 30% and 50% sweetness. I told him to do regular but he decided to try 70% because he trusts the recommendation. Boy did he regret his drink. It was unbelievably bitter and sour at 70% i can't possibly imagine anyone enjoying it at 50% or less.
I ordered the mango sago pomelo at 100% sweetness. It was very refreshing and tasty so this saved this place for getting less stars.
I waited almost 20 minutes for these drinks and it's way too long, especially with no explanation from employees on why and the fact that i was the only one who ordered when I came in and everyone after me got their drinks first.
I tried to be sympathetic to perhaps still working out kinks on being newly opened but I'm just assuming so because there's no reviews but there's no grand opening sign to indicate if it is newly opened
I suggest fixing the phone issue, changing the signature recipe to be more palatable or change the recommendation on sweetness level to avoid other unhappy customers. Lastly if you're going to make customers order themselves remove the ridiculous tip options on the screen. It took us way too long to scroll through everything. I know those tips are default but at this point might as well have robots making...

My wife tried a mango drink that is common during Hong Kong celebrations and I went with a more classic milk tea latte with boba. The boba pearls are about half the size of a normal boba but still packed with all the flavor. Both drinks were great on flavor and were smooth and subtle on their flavors without being too overpowering.
The interior is a 10/10 despite being a tiny tea shop. I attached some pictures. I went on a Sunday and despite being busy we got our drinks in under 15 minutes. There were plenty of employees and the machines help make things quick and efficient because they let you heavily customize your drinks.
If a drink is too bitter or too sweet that is 100% subjective and is up to you to customize the drink which you can do for all drinks at the machine.
To my knowledge you can provide a fake phone number or skip adding your phone number on the paying machine so I have no clue why anyone would write 2+ paragraphs complaining about this.
My only major complaint is that the drinks are very pricey, the quality is there but the price is still a bit too high. A "large" boba drink is 7+. With an actual large size option (the large is more of a regular size at most shops) I would feel more comfortable dropping 7+ on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOh my, who would have thought that a suggested 30% sugar would be SO DELICIOUS! They know what theyāre talking about!!!! I ordered the signature fruit tea, and omg had I not followed the suggested sweet level, this drink would have turned into a disaster and I would have been on sugar high for days! My partner ordered a brown sugar boba sub soy milk (itās possible!) and he said it was perfect!
I visited during the grand opening weekend, so it was busy and all the seats were filled with guests. I bet if I showed up on a normal day, it would have been more chilled.
Hereās the reason for the 4-star rating: everything from walking in to ordering on the self-service kiosks was great (easy to navigate), until the waiting partā¦there wasnāt really a good spot to wait around (and for 13 minutes) unless youāre right next to the entrance or by the kiosks, but that would mean eventually youāre blended with the people waiting to order, or too close to the people seated. The store got really congested for a good 5 minutes I was there. Kinda awkward waiting in the middle of the dining area and I would love to see...
