Subway — Restaurant in Texas

I recently had an amazing experience at Subway restaurant. The highlight of my visit was the delicious veggie patty sub that I ordered. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Matthew.

As soon as Matthew learned that we were vegetarian, he took extra care to ensure that our meal met our dietary preferences. He promptly sanitized his hands and even went the extra mile to check if they had avocado spread available. I was impressed by his attention to detail and his commitment to providing a great customer experience.

When Matthew returned, he washed his hands again and changed his gloves, showcasing his dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. I was particularly impressed by how skillfully he crafted my sub, carefully stuffing it with a generous amount of fresh and flavorful veggies. Even with all the sauces, the sub was neatly prepared, and I didn't experience any spills while enjoying it.

This subway is awful, online it says that they open at 9am. I drive up to the store and see the open light on and try to walk in at 9:02. As soon as I open the door, the lady working tells me that they are not open yet. So I’m assuming 9am is the time they come in to start making the bread and not actually open the store. I had to drive to another subway that was actually open. This was the 3rd and final time I had given this store a chance. The first time I had gone to this location, it was at 10am and they only had Italian bread and they where out of most vegetables and meats. I ordered my sandwich and when I got home I realized the bread was not even cooked all the way. 2nd time I went, same thing they where out of most bread, some vegetables, but they finally had meats. I tried to order a steak and cheese and they told me that they did not have enough to make a foot long and they where out for the day so I changed my order. Afterwards another gentleman walks in and asks a different older lady that he wanted a foot long steak and cheese but he wanted fresh steak. The older lady turns and walks to the back and bring out more steak, so I was lied to. I have no idea why all these people are giving this location a bad rating.. this is the best subway service I have ever gotten. I used to eat a lot of Subway, to the point I got tired of it. But recently, I have been eating it again for the past few weeks. Everytime I go into this Subway the employees are always working really hard and very fast. I always hear them say "Welcome to Subway" when new customers come in the door. Just from the past few weeks I could probably say I know most of the employees that work there already. You have a petite Hispanic chick with badass tattoos multitasking super fast with everything. Then you have a bigger, thicker timid guy that has a sadder looking face, but you know inside he got a huge heart. That dude super efficient, so fast at grabbing all the different vegetables. Then you have a taller younger black gentleman that's always giving a great big smile. Then you got, a skinnier black dude that has a little afro extra fast and talking to the customers. Man what a team. I used to work at a lot of different fast food or grocery store places and let me tell you... this generations service is just booboo. But not this Subway son... they on point.
