Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Chick-fil-A inside the food court at the Woodlands Mall Houston Texas. It is a large food court area and there are many restaurants to choose from. The Chick-fil-A is similar to other Chick-fil-A's you find free-standing. I think they are closed on Sunday. The line was long but moved fast. The price has seemed a little high for the amount of food that you received. The food came out hot and fresh and the order was correct. The employees were very helpful and friendly. I did have to go back to get some dipping sauce as it was not included. I enjoyed the food the chicken nuggets were delicious as usual and the waffle fries or very good. It was my first time here and I will be back again. It does seem that there are a lot of other restaurants in the food court that have prices similar but you receive about twice as much food. I do highly recommend this...

Never have issues with the food. But what I didn't like, I hope upper management see this, is as yes it was busy, had some managers sitting down at a table talking. Instead of getting up to help, scolded the employees who were taking orders. Its a mall , so everyone ends up in same area... to order and for pickup.

Instead of getting up to help, be traffic control, just sat there griping at them.

I am sure that was not the only time that day. If it were me, I would have dropped my gear and left. Come and help, be a part of the team, a solution. Dont sit behind the desk and gripe at people. I love Chick-fil-A. But the Chick-fil-A at Woodlands Parkway in the Woodlands need some attending to a Purchased a meal and an entrée. The fries were warm at best the 12 count nuggets and eight count nuggets must’ve been under the heat lamp for quite a while. it took the front counter guys about Three minutes to wait on me and there were people behind me so it took them longer I don’t know how they get a 4.5 stars if this happens all the time maybe they were just off their game at 7:40 on a...
