Felt like total anarchy. Samples are allowed due yo COVID, even though they are scooping from the same containers; doesn't make sense. There weren't many people online when I was here, but it felt like total anarchy; staff didn't know who was helping who. One representative took my order and walked off to complete a task somewhere in back; wasn't sure what that was about. I didn't want any added items, so I couldn't comment on this part. I go to pay and find that for 2 waffle cones, both with 2 small scoops, it's over $15. Blown away; thought someone placed gold flake in my cone. Ice cream was okay; not $15 okay. Mall robbery. Lastly, I was give an option to tip at the end when I went to pay. Thought I'd been scammed enough with the price if the ice cream; didn't think adding a tip was cool on top of things. I did feel badly for the workers as, I'm unsure if this is the case here, but my experience is that tipping usually comes into play when people are paid in tips. If this is the case, perhaps offering minimum wage pay per hour could increase the moral of the staff; leading to better service over all. Just one person's opinion, for...

I typically like this place but the last time I went one of the guys who worked there (can't remember his name) seemed very bothered with making my ice cream. Im sure he had a long day but there was no reason for his attitude. He gave me my cone and I told him I wanted another one for my kids and he just walked away into the back. I thought he was gonna go get something but as soon as he came back he seemed to completely ignore me and make another persons ice cream so I asked another employee to make my second cone and he did without hesitation or without looking bothered. I've worked in a high pressure working environment before and I know that it's difficult working with customers but what that employee did was completely rude. If you don't like your job then look for another one. There is no reason to treat a customer that way as if they are not there and if taking their order bothered...

Absolutely horrible products and even more traumatizing prices!😑 I ordered a waffle cone with a scoop of charcoal ice cream & a scoop of "red velvet" Had oreo crumbles added to one & toffee pieces added to the other. And let me tell you, the only thing good was the oreo & toffee pieces. The charcoal IC had very lil flavor and the "red velvet" only tasted like a slightly sweetened cold creamy substance. ABSOLUTELY no flavor of any kind AT ALL! And the cone was STALE, STALE, STALE...and almost completely tasteless. My son ordered a shake...$16 bucks after the fact was the biggest insult ever! They should take notes from the location at the Katy mall. Furthermore, a majority of these reviews seem to be extremely inauthentic. The one liners give it away.
