I placed an order online for pickup in the drive thru line on 06/25/2021 at 12:30 am. When I arrived a few minutes later to pick the order up, I was told that there wasn't an order in my name nor was there any online orders for pickup. In response to my question of what to do since I had already paid for the order and it had been placed to the correct location, they told me that there wasn't anything on the screen so they weren't going to make it even if I gave them the order again. They then turned the drive thru intercom system off while I waited to place my order. After waiting a couple of minutes for them to ask me what I want to no avail I spoke out loudly that I was ready to order. I ordered the order I placed online except for the $5 cravings box which when I tried to order I could hear the manager screaming in the background that I couldn't order it and that she wasn't going to make it. When I paid for the order the employee manning the window declined to provide my receipt and didn't give me the option of asking for it. When we looked into the bag after receiving our order almost immediately after we placed it, the soft taco supreme I ordered was just thrown into the bag. After opening the soft taco up to examine if it was even the correct kind, I discovered that it had been clearly spit in. I then looked into the rest of our items to examine them for spit as well. I didn't determine any other food was spit on, but it was clear that the soft taco was either held over the bag and spit into, or that the bag itself was spit into after it's contents were loaded. This location does not close until 1am, but as soon as we received our order at 12:40am they immediately closed and then left by 12:50am.* Edit* Upon further inspection, the Power Menu Bowl I ordered was put on a taco wrapper and placed into a box instead of being assembled and placed into the plastic bowl with a top that it is supposed to come in. Read moreAn Unforgettable Anniversary Celebration at Taco Bell – A Love Story Like No Other
This Taco Bell location in The Woodlands will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Last year, my husband and I were celebrating a milestone in our relationship – our anniversary of being together for a very long time. This year marks our 21st anniversary, and as much as we love fine dining and fancy celebrations, my husband surprised me with the most unexpected, yet incredibly meaningful, romantic date at Taco Bell.
You might be wondering how Taco Bell could be a romantic spot, but for us, it’s so much more than just fast food. When we were teenagers, we didn’t have much money, but we had each other and Taco Bell. Burritos were only 89 cents back then, and it was all we could afford. We shared those burritos together, creating memories that shaped who we are today. To celebrate our journey, my husband worked with the team at Taco Bell and they helped him create the perfect surprise.
When I walked in, I was taken aback by the sweet setup — candles, flowers, and the warm atmosphere that was made just for us. I had no idea what he was planning, but the staff were incredibly kind and helped him make the night perfect. The server went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up just right, making it such a magical evening. It truly felt like a fairy tale moment, and the fact that it took place at Taco Bell made it even more special.
I’ve been to many Taco Bells in my life, but this one stands out for the top-notch customer service and for creating an unforgettable night for us. If you’re ever looking for a late-night snack, this is the Taco Bell to visit. But more than just a snack stop, this location will always be a place that holds so many cherished memories for us.
While we traditionally enjoy fine dining for special occasions, this night will go down in history as one of my absolute favorite dates. Thank you to Taco Bell in The Woodlands for helping my husband pull off such a beautiful surprise, and thank you for helping us relive such an important part of our story. This was more than just a meal; it was a celebration of our...
Read moreI really hate leaving bad reviews, but we have lived in the area for 2 years and almost every experience at this Taco Bell has been bad. This time took the cake though. I got home with my order and realized half of it was missing (about $15 of food) and the roughly $16 of food that they did actually pack up was two chicken tacos that were so stale hard and overcooked I could manage to eat the middle two bites of them and my sons “beefy 5 layer borritos” looked like they had been sitting in the floorboard of the car for days and reheated. Every tortilla that was initially in our bag containing the first half of our food was stale dried out and breaking apart and after calling to as nicely complaining that Half of our food was missing and the other half was practically inedible, they remade only the items that were missing using the same stale and breaking batch of tortillas without so much as even offering a full or partial refund even after my husband had to make a 25 Minute round trip to go pick up the other half of our family’s meal they forgot. Then they had the audacity to tell my husband that I was a liar when he mentioned that they forgot the queso dip for the chips and queso. Why the F would soneine that just purchased over $35 of food lie about not receiving freaking Nacho cheese?! I hate so bad that this is the Taco Bell closest to our house, but after this experience (proceeded by tens of bad visits) I won’t be returning. Not that they care. But any food service business that consistently delivers such poor results over such a broad period of time is clearly a reflection of not only management, but of poor ownership. * Update* after hearing my husband give his version of what happened, I called and asked the manager for his name, (Which he said was Kevin)and asked for their corporate office number was because I wanted to file a complaint. He responded that they are not corporate” then I asked for the number again, and he told me “google it” and hung...
