Had the WORST experience at this location. The employees were extremely rude. We sat at the drive thru menu board for over 5 minutes with no greeting or request to wait (after watching a few cars before us sit and then pull away without ordering), pulled up to the window to have the first employee tell us that we needed to use the speaker (where we had just been waiting). When we let her know that we had already been there and not gotten service she rolled her eyes and stated that it was because they were waiting on someone inside, as if that was a valid excuse. We stated we just wanted to order food and were told she would get someone to help us. The next employee came to the window and stared at us without saying a word until we again said that we simply wanted to order food. Her response was "YEAH, that is why I am here". When we noted that the last employee and herself were being extremely rude, she then stated "I don't have time for this" and slammed the window shut. Finally, the next employee came to the window, asked if she could help us, we ordered our food, paid and received our food. There definitely needs to be some review of the employees at this location. Read moreWalked in from my job while I was waiting for my ride to get me… I asked if the two lady’s who were standing by the counter could take my order, the said no. I then put my order in the stupid computer and tried to ask a question if I was ordering it correctly. The lady looked at me and just kept walking so I just finished up my order hoping I was doing it correctly. And this is all after I had a bad day at work. Then I walk to counter to pay cash cause that is how they can do my cash payment and the lady goes what the name. As if there was anyone else ordering. I told her my name and she told me they were out of the potato’s I ordered. I said forgot my order and walked out. This place needs a more interaction with people. The people that are working should have asked me when I asked if I could have them take my order they should have seen if they could have assisted me with my order. If someone doesn’t know what the are doing on the kiosk that I’m forced to use the least you could do is help someone with it. Kindness makes a world of a difference and we need more kindness...
Read moreHalf the drive through sign was out. My order was wrong the food tasted cold, metallic, and sour and it was expensive. The Woman in the drive through was so rude she refused to give me a receipt. She said they were out.. Then closed the window in my face.. When she came back I asked her how much was my order I understood $30.oosumthing?? So rude and so was the woman at the front counter. I really didn't want to deal with the trouble of arguing some people can handle it Some people enjoy it, however for some people it is very stressful and it causes their heart to physically hurt. People don't know what other people have to deal with. As a disabled American it is very stressful to have to fuss over an order. What happed to customer service they should have just provided us our food without so many problems.If we had time we would have gone back but we couldn't stay in town any longer.
