Starbucks — Restaurant in Torrance

So today I ordered through the app, my usual dark roast. Once again, they gave me the pike instead of the dark roast! I don't understand the resistance in getting my order accurate!!! Making the pour over coffee isn't difficult!! Lazy! I even took a sip at the counter to be sure and the barista immediately snapped before I could even complete my sentence..."I made it myself...!" Well she definitely indirectly took responsibility for NOT doing the pour over!! I know the difference!! She gave me the pike and with my schedule... I had no time to wait for her to remake it! I'm extremely disappointed that they cannot get my order right!! On top of the snide unprofessional attitude and lies I received!! Especially after paying 5 dollars for my coffee!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Who is doing the hiring here!!!????? Please hire more Jarret's and not this rude lying barista that clearly knew she didn't make my drink correctly!! SMH!!!

Jarrett at this location is PHENOMENAL!! I'm not sure if he's new to this location, but he KNOWS what he's doing!! And he's quick!! AMAZING Brewster, Brew Master!! Brewhighness!! He kicks donkey!! FINALLY someone who actually knows what they're doing!! Before his arrival here...Every single time I've ordered from this location (closest to home) they've gotten a simple pour over dark roast wrong. Like almost every time. Sneaking in the Pike in place of the dark roast! Rolling my eyes! Even though the details of the order are there to follow, they've never gotten it right. I have spoken to managers, spoken to the staff and have always had hiccups until Jarrett!! THANK GOD FOR HIM!!! Where are you been ALL...

Dropped into this Starbucks location at 9:15(I know, d* move) and I expected to be greeted by baristas beat down by another day slaving for capitalist America- however, that was certainly NOT the case here!

The two lovely people who assisted me in my niche and time consuming beverage request were simply fantastic.

I knew my drink of choice, "London Fog," was missing something and I could not put my finger on it. Seemingly hopeless, I inquired to the two skilled baristas for assistance and the combination of their two brilliant barista brains found the missing ingredient!

Side note: Store has a restroom, ample outside sitting and a just right lighting inside. The interior was tidy, well-stocked and easy on the eyes.

Highly recommend! Wish this location was my local...

Starbucks is always a nice place for coffee. Nice cozy place. However all their coffee, even the light ones are all too acidic.

I have a comment for starbucks to consider serving a light coffee that doesn’t actually cause any heart burn. Similar to dunkin regular coffee.

I was a 2 years drinker of coffee from starbucks then got severe heart burn, until i couldnt drink starbucks anymore. And i changed to Dunkin coffee then i felt no heart burn and since them i am faithful dunkin donuts coffee drinker.

Ofcourse i dont expect starbucks to take me seriously, but this is one of the reasons you guys are actually loosing business in many places around the world.
