Worst McDonald's experience in my entire life! This is a direct result of how terribly run it is.
Ordered at the kiosk at 1:22pm. Kiosks won't take payment, so you need to pay at the register . There is not any staff running the register and they are completely ignoring it despite the lobby being continously full of people waiting to order and pay. I had to ask multiple times for someone to come ruin the register so I could pay. Finally paid at 1:45pm. The food didn't come out until 2:05pm. The food was AWEFUL. The fries are hard. They actually snapped when trying to break them apart. Inedible. The drinks didn't taste right. I ordered sweet and sour with both chicken nugget orders. They did not give any. They did not give ketchup nor is there access to ketchup. The fountain machines don't work so you can't fill your own drink or get a refill. I ordered a regular McChicken, they gave me a spicy one. My kids each had 5 French fries (rock hard) in their happy meals.
There was not one staff member attempting to communicate with customers regarding the wait time or what is going on.
After I sat down with my kids to reach? We had to go back to the counter to get the sweet and sour. Again, staff are completely ignoring customers and no one is at the register. It's now 2:15. I briefly reached behind the counter to just grab two sweet and sour sauces and then the staff who was packing food magically was able to speak to customers and YELLED "step back from behind the counter". I stated no that I was just grabbing the two sauces they forgot so we don't get ignored for another hour. I was not rude one bit but certainly firm.
No other staff spoke up. No apologies. No explanations and it still continues at 3pm.
When looking at other reviews, this is apparently how this is run every day.
Shame on the owner and shame on McDonald's.
Certainly will never come to this...
Read moreI eat McD's probably twice a year and both times are usually this location. I've never walked away from here with a decent experience lol I mean over the years I've watched the staff walk out, I've had drive through employees tell me they aren't open at 1pm on a weekday (???), I've had my order forgotten, just to name a few things. If i said nothing else, i would at least say: This place is always a unique experience.
I ordered a quarter-pounder and fries on the mobile app. Today was pretty normal for them. I rode over on my motorcycle after running some errands. It's an 80 degree day and I'm wearing my protective gear so I'm hot as balls. There's one other dude in there as I tell the cashier I was here for a mobile order. It's not ready yet, somehow, so I wait as the guy checks in on my order status.
About 3 minutes later, the dude calls my name, hands me my food, I take it home, and I get outta my gear and sweaty clothes. They forgot my fries. Those fries cost 40% of my total order. So I went on the app, but there's no refund section. I went on the website and they say "take it up with the delivery service" but I ordered through the McD's app and picked it up myself so that was useless. So the last option is to call.
I took the listed phone number off of McDonalds very own website, and Google, and called 6 times over the course of 2 hours. I'm 90% sure they have the wrong number listed because each time there was no answer until a robotic voice says to "input your remote access code".
So they can't answer their phone/can't list the correct number, gave me an incomplete order, and stiffed me 40% of my orders cost.
It's not worth it to get my gear back on and ride all the way back over to route 146 just to ask them to give me my 4 dollars back.
Enjoy the 4 bucks, Ronald. I'm going to Burger King...
Read moreSat at the drive thru window this morning for at least 8 minutes, and the entire time all I could hear was what I'm assuming was a manager shouting at everyone, and watching the staff get increasingly stressed out and nervous. Honestly all the yelling was stressing me out too, and I don't work there, which is not how I wanted to start my day. Finally (after ordering on the app, giving my info to the person through the drive thru speaker, and waiting at both windows) someone casually mentioned that the mocha was broken on the frappe machine, but I could have caramel. Perhaps instead of yelling and stressing everyone out, that person should focus on getting their equipment fixed OR updating the app so that I can't order something that's not available (since they also can't issue refunds for app orders). Other locations will tell you when something is unavailable, so I know this isn't an impossible request. You encourage all your customers to use the app by offering coupons, discounts, points, and the very first thing you ask when you pull up to the drive thru speaker is 'Will you be using the mobile app today?' and yet your staff claims that they can't make changes when something is unavailable, and you can't offer refunds. The staff at the window were very nice, albeit visibly anxious, but I cannot stress enough just how loud and obnoxious the person yelling at everyone was in the background (again, it was constant for the 8ish minutes I was sitting at the window). Completely disrespectful to the staff, and extremely unprofessional especially within earshot...
