Never really been the biggest fan of mall food court (of course I always have to get the quintessential Auntie Anne’s - but really that’s all I ever look forward to). So when halfway into shopping around my family and I were starving we made a pit stop at the food court.
Naya is tucked away on the other side of the food court away from all the hustle and bustle of Wendy’s, pizza, Sakura, etc. with no line. The store needs hire who are willing to work and DEFINITELY needs training employees!!!!! I NEVER want to come back this place again!!! This woman broke my daughter’s...
Read moreTerrible Service and Shrinking Portions at NAYA

It feels like they’re trying to cut corners and cheat regular customers by giving tiny scoops of food, then charging extra for anything additional.
It’s frustrating to be a loyal customer and get treated like this. Management really needs to train their employees better and stop this practice of shrinking portions while raising prices. It’s a terrible way to do business and shows they don’t value...
