Lake Crest Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

We went here because the first place we were going to go was not open yet. First, it’s not like the typical restaurant where you sit and order, you have to order at the register and pay then sit which I didn’t mind but wish now that I didn’t leave my tip up front. The food was average but it did the job. However it is overpriced and has a limited selection and they only accept cash. The wait staff did not come back to ask if we needed anything else or how things were after delivering the food to the table. There were not refills on coffee and when we requested even just hot water to be added to the tea not an additional tea bag they advised there was an additional fee. Definitely...

Great place for breakfast! The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is great and comes out quick, the staff are all nice and the coffee hits the spot! I am a local and look forward to when they reopen the cafe each season! A great quick place to stop for breakfast...
