I usually don’t leave reviews unless the business is really good or really bad. I’m very patient and respect the difficulty that businesses had over the last 2 years. But this case it an example of bad business and people should be aware.
We came in for breakfast and one of the hostesses put our name down and said 35 minutes, we waited for over 1 hour, and watched many people who came after us, with the same party size as us, get seated ahead of us.
JoAnn, the 2nd hostess, had it figured out and kept saying that “you should have been sat a long time ago”. Glad someone who worked there had it figured out.
Upon checking in with the hostess the 2nd time, she said we were the 3rd in line (ten parties were seated in front of us. Upon checking in with the hostess the 3rd time, we were told that we were next to be seated (and then an additional 4 parties were again seated in front of us).
We finally received our table outside in the sunlight ( this wasn’t their fault, we didn’t request inside seating) but it was a lousy seat and at that point we decided we had enough. Why reward a business that did you wrong with your hard earned money. It’s a shame, the food was a bit overpriced but it looked good and I would have liked to try it.

Betty Darling…. You’ve completely missed the point… If you made a mistake on the estimated wait time, even if it was substantial, I would never be here writing you a bad review. Believe it or not we’re very patient and forgiving people. We pointed out the error twice and gave you the opportunity to fix it, twice, and you made the choice not to. You repeatedly sat parties of the same size in front of us after stating we were next. We don’t think these people came after us, we know they did. If you read your other reviews there are people who experienced exactly the same thing… so it’s a pattern.
Also, if you read our original review more closely you would have realized that we didn’t stay and try the food.
Seems the root cause of both issues is a lack of attention to detail…. And that’s what earned you the one-star review. We sincerely hope you treat your other...
Read moreYou know I gave this location two stars 🤩 for a couple reasons. Here's my experience: this location has been known to get crowded, keeping that in mind although we had a late night we arrived just prior to the crowd. We had about a five to seven minute wait, then we were seated outside. We were happy about that as like I stated this restaurant gets crowded and the seats are a lil closer together than we liked. Our waitress was Margaret you can't miss Margaret as she's dressed like she's on her way to a sock hop! And she was great, polite and hustling to keep up. We ordered but while ordering it began to get crowded. A line had now formed. When our food arrived I'd asked for soft scrambled eggs my eggs were like a bouncing ball. Margaret was more than happy to put in another order only to be told by the cook he couldn't buy law cooked eggs any softer. No problem. The food was your average diner type food, I didn't understand why so many proclaimed it was absolutely excellent. As we were trying to enjoy our breakfast on the lovely outside morning the hostess who we're sure was also the owner began yelling at people. She was yelling if you wanted a table or not! Are you going to be seated or not! Next!!! Party of..... You people better make up your mind if you don't want it someone else does!! We were so appalled my friend said if she were talking to my family that way we would have some words for her and leave. The hostess looked our way rolled her eyes 👀 and walked back into the restaurant. I'm going to end my post with this...no matter how busy a restaurant gets, no matter how frustrated you get because it's busy you Do Not speak to the hand that feeds you that way!!! If you're not able to keep your frustrations under raps then you're in the wrong line of business. She clearly needs to find another job!!!! However, if Patron's allow it they will continue to be treated this way and you're paying your hard earned dollars to be mistreated. Personally I will not patronize this...

My sweet Betty, by reading your response I am happy we did not support your business. For one, there were only 2 of us. The parties that were seated before us, mind you arrived after us, were a party of 2 and a party of 4. As for your "next up" VIP card, I'm not sure about the party of 2 but with the party of 4 the gentleman went and spoke with the hostess, a lady with him was surprised and stated "wow they can really seat us now". Second, the comments you made about if we actually ate at your place you'd be more interested with our experience with the food and service says a lot about you. You're hostess is the 1st line of contact with the customer. Her response to my inquiry was rude and dismissive, just as your response is to my review. You may be one in the same person. And please tell me what establishment sends a confirmation text stating "yes of course". Obviously she made a mistake which happens, as we are all human, but to be dismissive of a customer is just bad service. Once again I am so glad we left and did not support your business. And one more thing, this is the first and only bad review that I have ever written if that tells you anything about our experience . Have a lovely day - Kristy
Awful experience. Hostess got phone number wrong to send a link, which was corrected. Was told 45 minute wait, which is fine. Waited over an hour and saw 2 parties that checked in after us get seated prior. One of which just pulled in and were taken immediately (they don't take reservations)When asked where we were on the list the hostess said it should be in the link, which we never received. The message received verifing the phone number said "yes of course". Hostess was rude and dismissive of our questions and...
