Bank Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

This wasn't a pleasant experience 😕 unfortunately the service wasn't great. They don't have adult size beverages. My waffle wasn't hot it was look warm at best. No butter was brought to the table and I think they put my waffle down on something with strawberry cause it was wet with some Red substance. I ordered a PLAIN waffle so there should be no fruit or anything else on my plate. The woman said she was closing down because her workers needed a break? Underage workers or not closing an entire establishment while you have customers in the building and outside is ridiculous. Everyone break should be scheduled in 15 minute intervals or every 30 and its AFTER they work 4-5 hours do they require an unpaid 30. 4th year going and experience has steadily declined. Owner was working the register, taking orders, and incredible rude and grumpy when my daughter ordered pancakes (not on the white board menu too high for her to read). The vault was closed and the kids couldn’t go in. I don’t mind paying $40 for two plain waffles and one with a few banana slices and a small amount of whip cream if there is a positive vibe to any of it. Inside was very crowded. Syrup packets were difficult to open and small. We had to wait to order outside on the stairs. We understand living in a Covid safe world, but we don’t understand being grumpy towards little kids...

This is the WORST coffee shop not only in Lake George , but the worst place I have EVER been to . The manager is the most rude , insensible, angry woman I have ever met . We walked into the coffee shop and she started screaming at us to wait outside in the rain even though there was only a small family ordering inside . How do you except to keep customers if you have anger issues and yell at them ? Disgusting place . Go to lake George coffee in the new courtyard Marriott instead . Stay away from this hell. This place should be closed down so the owner can understand...
