If this was our first escape room I think we would have given this experience a higher rating. However, having done half a dozen escape rooms in several different resort towns, this one fell a little flat on our expectations. The experience felt a little bit like an assembly line. The building feels like an open office with partitions that only go about 3/4thd the way to the ceiling for each of the rooms. Therfore, you did not get the same feeling of being locked in as I have had at other experiences. Additionally, the volume from other rooms was very loud and excessive at times. We found this very distracting and greatly influenced our overall experience.

We did not make it out of the room, which we expected as we were doing this with our three young(ish) children. However, when we have been unsuccessful at other escape room facilities we have been guided through the missed clues. We were able to have that "aha" moment and laugh at our mistakes. At this room, when we asked to go over the rest of the clues, we were very vaguely described the one we were currently working on and then quickly ushered out of the room. It felt rushed to clear the room for the next guest.

My children, who have not done an escape room found it to be really fun and enjoyed themselves immensely. They give it 5 stars. My husband and I feel that the experience could have been more personalized and in an actual, fully enclosed room- this review...

Visited here today for the first time with my daughter (11). Was blown away by the experience. Did the Lost Jewel of Zanzibar. Was definitely a little challenging but the staff was great with subtle little hints (if you ask for them). Ended up completing the room with 3 mins to spare!. Then decided the check out the 15 min escapes and they were amazing. We initially signed up for 1 of them but after doing the first one, we just had to try out the other 2. Would absolutely recommend this place and plan on going back to try out some of the other 60 min escape rooms!

Came back here last weekend to try out What Happened in Raven Woods. Absolutely phenomenal complete with jump scares and other features I hadn't seen in other escape rooms. The puzzles were all so unique and creative. We got out with just 19 seconds to spare. Shoutout to our game master Caroline.
