Eleanor's Pasta KITCHEN — Restaurant in Town of North Elba

Drove 5 hours from NYC. Thought I couldnt go wrong with pasta. I arrive, it is not staffed; one poor guy managing both the pasta place and mexican spot across the hall. I waited for him to complete mexican food orders.

I ordered penne a la vodka w sausage and paid for it.

Then he said they r out of both penne and sausage.

Okay... I should have said something then but the guy was very nice-seeming and I didnt want to make a fuss.

I got pasta soaked in under seasoned vodka sauce w way too salty chicken and bacon on it.

I am eating it out of hunger but overall pretty...

We visited this place twice. The first time, they were completely out of sauces. On the second visit, I had the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was quite disappointing.
