I’ve always thought Wendy’s was one of the top tier fast food restaurants, but this one keeps proving me wrong.
It’s kind of embarrassing. Time to close this location. I don’t expect anything fancy, I just had a craving for a good quick greasy cheeseburger.
i went at about 3:00 pm on Saturday May 6th— the restaurant was empty . Only one car in front of me to order in the drive thru and we arrived at the same time. He pulled up to order and got no answer. Said “hello!” a few times. After a few minutes, he drove off. Then I tried my luck. I was there for almost 10 minutes, and no one greeted me to take my order. Not a peep. I drove around, and saw one car sitting at the pick up window—a different one that was in front of me earlier, meaning that car had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. That poor soul is probably still waiting for their order to this day. One employee sitting inside, and another sitting outside, not a care in the world. Almost looked like they were laughing at people driving off. Again, not a single customer inside.
I thought about going inside to try, but wasn’t sure that’d be any better. I decided to go to McDonald’s where I got quick and friendly service at the drive thru. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this here, and will be the last time I will even try at this Wendy’s. I really wanted a...
Read moreMore problems understanding a simple order. Each item not served hot simultaneously as expected . Corrected, I did enjoy the food. This place and most of it's sister places have put out an exceptional morning meal. The homestyle potatoes thrill me, they do - when they're hot. All of the breakfast sandwiches I've tried, also enjoyed. I recently returned to the Easley SC. unit against my better judgment and received a proper, tasty meal served hot and without attitude. Says a lot for a place tried 8 times previously, 7 of which something was not up to par. It just happens to be the most convenient of places on my commute. One,maybe two particular window clerks has full attitude, mostly not pleasant. Potatoes tend to be only warm ,sandwich inconsistencies and one day my coffee was barely warm. Maybe someone had shut off a heatplate? Idk, but I've never been served what was basically cold coffee. * BTW- I don't like ice coffee. So,Y'all watch out for Easley. I've written to corporate, answered the surveys, heard back never. The public and Employees from other Wendy's have shared their unpleasant tales of the Easley unit. Out of hunger and convenience I returned recently, encountered Cruella and got breakfast. All were very good that day. The problems are fixable if only some people...
Read moreAlmost the most perfect fast food place I've ever been to if they wouldn't have missed my large fry they would have clearly beat the competition mainly that being Chick-fil-A sometimes people make mistakes in this case they forgot my large fry no big deal but it's a customer service at followed it was amazing between Hanna the front counter girl the man who was taking out the garbage I'm not sure what his name was but he was extremely sweet and struck up a conversation and Wanda the manager they did so well taken care of me that I totally forgot that I had made a second order since I was coming back for the fry that they missed. Get all the way to my car and realized I forgot my salad now lo and behold I come back in and again they apologized this time it wasn't even their fault! But the fact that somebody is actually that nice and that welcoming to talk to at a fast food restaurant this day and age is extremely amazing and it all starts at the top it all starts with Wanda apparently she came from wade Hampton that area of our city is much harder to deal with because of the amount of business and I really think that when Wendy sees this they should seriously consider keeping one at the store because this would be a store that would be in the top tier beating all...
