Wendy's — Restaurant in Tualatin

Ok so a few months ago we went for a long drive to lake Oswego I think it's called and we had a few extra dollars to splurge on fast food. We haven't been to wendys in god knows how long. Maybe 2 years. We've never ever had a bad experience with this place but we also have never tried this wendys location either. So we were done eating our hamburgers and whatever else we got. Shakes I think too. Then out of know where we had a weird stomach sickness. Like we ate something that didn't agree with us. So that lasted all night after that. It felt like I was gonna barf. So coincidentally the oldest kid that ate 2 burgers like we did. Projectile vomited all over her floor and it filled the whole floor with throw up. So that happened and we were worried cause it didn't happen till after we ate the food. Then the next day she was better but my husband and I felt sick to our stomachs even worse. I felt dizzy a little that day. Then out of no where I was feeling like I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. Before this I was driving and sick to my stomach gagging when I felt like something was coming up. So I stopped where I had to get something and made a call in the parking lot to the manager. A young sounding lady. Then she felt terrible supposedly and said I'll have the owner call you back. I warned her to make sure everything they're doing is done correctly and see who worked that day and make sure no one else got sick. Luckily I held it down till I got home. I ran to the bathroom while my kids stayed in the car for 10 mins and I dry heaved and threw up what i ate and then bile. Then I had to run to the toilet (tmi) sorry. I had the runs and I couldn't stop going. I had to stay put for atleast atleast half hour or I'd go on my self. So I got off and hurried to get kids out of car. I was so upset cause I had to drop my baby off on the couch while my 9 and 5 year old stayed with her. I sat on the toilet and made the call again crying cause this came out of no where. I had the worse pains in my stomach ever. It hurt like heck. She said again she will have the boss call. Well here I am making this review now because the fact 2 months later . She never ever had the boss call back. No one called back. Just make sure to check your food before eating it. Also make sure people are preparing your food with gloves or washed hands. God knows what happened that day. Makes me sick thinking about wendys now. I'll never go to one even locally again. That's how bad it was. I love Wendy’s food, always have. I worked there from 16 yrs old to 19 when they didn’t have computer screens in front of the employees to tell them what the customers had ordered. Everything was called out over a microphone and you had to remember it and make the order the way the customer requested. We rarely had things brought back that were made incorrectly. I went to the location in Tualatin today. I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato. Extra, chives, extra, extra sour cream, and extra, extra butter. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, add cheese, extra mayonnaise, add onion, plus extra onion and a bacon and cheese potato. Add chives, sour cream and butter. I also asked if the baked potatoes were fresh and was told that they were. One of the potatoes we received was definitely old and it was a weird yellowish brown color and tasted bad. Evidence that it had been in the warming oven over 2 hours or very close to the two hour holding time. There was hardly any chives on this potato, the other one was fresh, had one or two chives pieces, a decent amount of cheese and bacon. However, we only received three packets of sour cream for two potatoes, no butter, no salt and pepper and I specifically asked for spoons as well and did not receive receive them. On my sandwich there was no cheese. There was two measly pieces of onion and a bunch of pickles that I never asked for. Two different people took my order and I had to repeat what I wanted several times. Between the two, it should have been correct. I will say that the young man who took the payment and gave us our food was very kind as was the two that took my order. It is very frustrating to go through a drive through, having repeated the order to ensure it was correct only to get home and have it incorrect. I know my order was not simple and was somewhat complicated, but I would appreciate it if more could be done for everyone who dines in or out to ensure correctly made food...

We've been coming to this Wendy's for about 5 years now. Service is always quick, but not when it comes to placing a mobile order.

We usually get the same things: daves double no pickles no salt on fries meal, salad and frosty. Several times they have told us to come around to the front and wait there. We usually wait around 10 to 15 minutes and at this point it's no longer fast food. The fact that I have to get out of my car and go inside to find out what's going on.

Apparently it looks like the assistant manager is in charge and not the manager. We placed an order today was told to go around front and wait there. We waited for over 10 minutes then I went inside to find out what's going on. Manager greeted me and I asked if my order is ready. She said let me check, couldn't find the order then the assistant manager came over and said someone accidentally salted the fries. I was like ok that's fine. Then I turned to the Manager and asked her, "Why is it every time I order we have to wait an unusually long time?" The am piped up and said "so we can have your car out of the way and in the front so we can serve more customers". I was astonished to here that coming from someone in fast food service.

Is that how your suspossed to treat your customers? NO! The assistant manager and manager need to go back and take an ethics class and how to serve the American public.

I order at other Wendy's and I dont have a problem. This location here by cabelas has disappointed us yet again. I will not be returning to this location until something has been done worth...
