Tough Luck Club — Restaurant in Tucson

I had a good time on my own hanging out here. I enjoyed the dim lighting and relaxed atmosphere. It took me a bit to find since it is located in an alley with stairs leading down into the entrance.

I had five drinks and didn't ask about food so I can't comment on that. The first drink, "The Exalted One" (first picture) was good but the bitters got to me on that one. I switched over to "Ugly But Honest," and it was lighter with the strawberry taste. My favorite was "Key of Knowledge," probably due to my love of lime. I grabbed "The Special" out of curiosity but was done with the beer after taking the shot, I enjoyed it for it was, I'm just not a beer guy. The second picture was my last drink, "The Fabulous Freebird," it was a slushie type drink so I had to try it, not bad either.

I couldn’t rate the food because they don’t serve any; however, their service and ambiance is exactly what I had hoped for and received. The bar is a dimly lit underground area with a cave-like feel to it. Accessible by entering the restaurant and then heading out the side door and down the stairs. Their pricing is on point. And when you get hungry they allow you to take your drink upstairs to meander and order food wherever you’d like making it possible to watch the sunset from the upstairs dining patio.
