Stopped in with my kids for ice cream. When the employeee brought out my daughter's cone, and handed it to her, he was RIGHT there, as it tumbled from her hand and to the ground. He said nothing, and walked away. I gave her a few dollars to go get another cone, since it was obvious the service here was non-existent, and I didn't want her to have to sit and watch her brother eat his, while she sat empty-handed. She stood at the front counter for 3+ min, while not a single person, including the manager, acknowledged her presence. An older couple walked in at this point and got in line behind my daughter. Ignoring her, the same employee who had previously brought out our food started talking to the couple, saying they had to order their food from the order screen near the front door....instead have having their order taken by someone at the counter. I watched this employee try to walk this older couple to the order screen, while my daughter still stood at the counter. The older couple, as expected, refused to order from the large screen out front, and just wanted someone to take their order. They ended up taking the couple's order, ignoring the fact that my daughter was STILL standing there waiting. Even the older lady who was now having her order taken by an employee said he should have helped her first, and was apologizing to my daughter. After the employee FINALLY acknowledged my daughter's request for a new cone, I was honestly floored he charged her for it, after he confirmed seeing it fall to the ground the first time around. It was a couple bucks though, it fell from my daughter's hands after initial hand-off; stuff happens. However, this kid (employee) said that his manager was the one enforcing not replacing the cone initially, and insisting the older couple order from a large screen out front, instead if having one of the several employees take their order. As we left, the manager was at the counter, taking a completely different person's order. While this is a fast food joint, and I certainly do not expect top-of-the-line service, by any means, I've never been to a Mc.D's where a kid wasn't taken care of after a dropped cone, or an older couple was refused service at the counter and the employee tried pawning them off to a large, convoluted order screen that they obviously had no idea what to do with it. When our family makes pitstops on the way home in the future, we will hands down be avoiding this McD's in Tukwila. Never....
Read morePut in an order, the payment went through, and our points were taken off, 6,000 points, but the manager by the name of CeeCee said it didnt go through, and refused to give us our order in Tukwila, Wa. I showed her proof of purchase and let her listen to the transaction history on my phone for my card I used and she still refused service for absolutely no reason. Even with the points being taken off and with the email that showed the redeemed points she wouldn’t even give us the sandwich that we earned.. I dont look bad by any means, and I was very kind and didnt curse or anything to that nature and she was down right rude and mean. I asked about my points and she said she canceled the order because online was having issues and they didnt have control over it, etc. And that I wouldnt be getting my points back, because that is out of their hands and there’s nothing she could do, thats 6,000 points.. thats so wrong on so many levels.. we usually only go to one location, not this one usually and we never have problems, until we went to this one.. it’s a very ghetto location, and the management and employees are pretty ratchet and mean there because they’re obviously burnt out and beyond frustrated from the trash guests that go to that location as well as having to serve the mall goers, so I understand.. Im just hoping to get some help as far as getting my points back and my kids meal after going through all this mess.. it was a simple cheeseburger meal with a Coke, large, with my sandwich I used my points for and that was a Big Mac.. all that hostility for absolutely no reason.. Im a manager at a QSR, and the treatment I received was beyond ratchet and ghetto.. I really feel sorry for all the people there and Ill definitely never return to this location On Southcenter Pkwy in Tukwila,...

My life without internet would not be hard or difficult. The reason I say this is because i don't often use the internet as much as others; and for this reason i think could go two weeks without internet. Most of what i use the internet for anyways is just Uploading music, doing research, downloading music and watching movies; but other than that, nothing else. Of course this all comes with backlash, to an extent at least. What i mean by that is, everyone i know uses the internet, and has access to a social media source; meaning that everyone (all of my friends at least) will not be able to contact or get in touch with me.
Well this is all theoretical so i'm pretty sure none of this will actually happen. I don't really have anything else to speak of so i guess i'm just going to copy and paste these first two paragraphs, so it looks like i actually did something.
