My review is not based on the quality or taste of the drinks but the customer service. I ordered four drinks and after I had already paid, I saw one advertisement posted on the wall that says buy 5 drinks get one free. So then I asked the cashier if I’m able to pay for another drink and get one free. She said that she couldn’t do it because the five drinks needed to be on one order/transaction. Then I told her that she never advertised/informed that to me and it’s on one piece of paper, so customers won’t know about it. I would have bought 5 drinks to get one free, instead of just purchasing 4 drinks if I had known about that promotion which the employees failed to inform the customers about. On top of that, they charge you an additional fee for using a credit card which they also did not inform me about. Typically, establishments would be clear and transparent about charging a credit card fee if you spend LESS THAN $5 or $10. I spent over $30 for four drinks but they are greedy and still charged a “card fee.” When running a business, It’s not worth making customers feel upset over a small situation that should have been easily honored/fixed by the store, that won’t cost much to the establishment. But when you provide great service that makes customers feel happy and satisfied, it can go a really long way. Good service seems so hard to come by these. On top of that, you’re already charging me for a credit card fee, so why not just honor the promo and let me pay for an additional drink? Doesn’t that involuntary card fee that I have to pay for already cover that extra...
Read moreCame here and ordered three drinks. I asked for tapioca in two of the three drinks but only received it in one (she hadn’t even rung it up with the added tapioca even though she verbally confirmed it with me). Thankfully, my husband wasn’t too bothered by the missing tapioca. The people here also don’t bother to acknowledge you when you’re standing there needing something. I waited a good few minutes and there was no “be right with you” or “just a second”. I actually felt like I was being burdensome! I just tried to ask them what the fl oz of their bubble tea is— for the record they have no idea but the person making it said somewhere between “16 to 20 oz”.
Another thing, my (8 year old) daughter tried to buy a keychain from a basket that was labeled “3.75 each”. She was excited because she had just enough money after visiting half priced books. When she tried to pay, the cashier said it was $5, I asked why the price jumped up so high and she said that because it was a new years themed keychain and it was low in stock the price was changed. I get that prices fluctuate but please label them correctly so that your younger customers aren’t confused.
Oh yeah! Their bubble tea straws are just a tad bit too small, it’s a struggle to suck the tapioca balls from. 😭
I might sound like a Karen, but I promise that I am generally VERY flexible with different kinds of service (I had worked in serving for a long time), but the whole transaction and atmosphere was not great. It was my first time come and won’t...
Read moreTwo stars for the ambient and decoration. Prices are reasonable. It is a cute shop unfortunately they lack good customer service.
Whenever a shop has such a complex menu, please be available to help your customers and do not just leave waisting 10min of their time instead of being able to help with their questions
One simple cappuccino took almost 10 minutes to make, and there was no costumer ahead of me. This is not considering the time that it took for us to be able to make our order since we were left by the desk without anyone to help us.
Unable to make drinks kids temperature
Unable to properly set a cover on a drink, causing a mess
Cappuccino taste wasn't good nor bad

Will give it a second chance. Perhaps it was a one-time...
