Me and my wife went to sushi land and got our first impression on that place and we don't like it simply because the place is filthy and dust were every where and the door handle was stain with dirtiness, so we decided to go some place else and accidentally come across this place. This is our 1st time at this place, however we saw alot of commercials on TV about this place, we thought its just like every other places, they only say nice thing about it, but by visiting it doesn't feel like the way they say it on the advertisement. Our first impression with Olive garden at tukwila was perfectly stated accordingly. We felt like we were at grandma's kitchen with hospitality provided by your employees and not to mention the delicious food we ate it there. I want to extend my warmest thanks to one employee that went beyond her service to us, without her this place would not have a 5, she is an asset for this company and a very well mannered young girl. Her name is Daisy and we want to thank her for her services to us. We will definitely recommend this place. She deserve a raise. Me and my wife love this place only because of the services provided by Daisy....Thank you so much!

My friend and i got here just before they got busy for the dinner rush. Our server Anthony was attentive and nice. We ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo with Grilled Chicken for our main entrées. Our entrées came with either a soup or salad and breadsticks. I opted for the Zupa Tuscana and my friend got the salad. Every time I'm at Olive Garden, i must have the Alfredo sauce with the breadsticks! Just always gotta have it! You gotta try it if you haven't yet. My carbonara was good. I did asked to sub the spaghetti noodles with angel hair but it still came with the spaghetti noodles. Kinda disappointed but not too big of a deal. My friend had the tortellini alfredo. She had me taste it and the chicken was delicious! So much flavor on that chicken and the sauce. My friend did comment that her tortellini was kind of overcooked. We kinda got full with the soup, salad and breadsticks so after a few bites, we end up taking our entrées home. As we walk out to the front to the door, there was a lot of people waiting to be seated. All in all, it was a good experience.

Dropped off a friend at the airport and thought “I could really devour a whole *ss plate of pasta right now”. Thankfully, ol’ reliable was close by. Service was quick and friendly and I was sat within 2-3 minutes. It was a bit less busy due to it being lunchtime but the waiter was quick and my order was made in no time. The watermelon sangria was good, definitely a bit watered down, but not terrible. Soup and breadsticks were addicting as always, and the fried mozzarella cheese stretch was definitely up to par. The Chicken Carbonara (yes I know traditional carbonara only uses guanciale but come on, it’s an Olive Garden) was actually great. Since I asked for no shrimp (on account of me dying if I ingest it), they added an extra portion of chicken. Overall, I had a pristine Olive Garden experience. Is it the best food I’ve ever had? Nope. Could I make something better at home? Probably. Regardless, I couldn’t ask for anything more, and therefore, this place gets an easy 5 stars.

Average corporate franchise. Nothing was awful, but nothing was good either (minus bread/salad) The food wasn't great, but edible (almost) & VERY large portions of said cuisine. Breadsticks and salad were totally fresh. The calamari was very, very salty. The spicy ranch for the absolute mountain of squid was just not thought out or very good (salt lick again!) I got the chicken marsala, it was chicken and gravy with sherry, and very little marsala. The pasta was cooked with too little water, it was not okay There were giant chunks of uncooked pasta in every other bite of fettuccine. The chicken was not seared very well, and was cooked by boiling it in the sauce itself which made absolute rubber. I should be able to push a fork through a breast tenderloin easily!! I would have better luck boiling my boots for dinner My friend got the chicken parmesan, I had no interest in trying it. Really. Some of the most basic of cooking skills are null and void at this establishment. The best & most redeeming quality of our experience was the service! This is the only thing that saved us and made us want to return. We sat in the bar, a bartender named Lexie and another woman with blonde hair and a tattoo on her right forearm (forgive me for forgetting the name) were the duo serving us on Tuesday night. The bartenders and the food runner were amazing. The food was wrong on every single level. But the banter with bartenders and the young man who ran food out was great. They were engaging, funny and just good people. They were not offensive or inappropriate nor unprofessional at any time. I will return at some point for the amazing thing that is called the "hospitality" industry that was this Tuesday. Good work front of the house.

*My caveat is this, the food would have been much much better if they just relaxed on the salt. I too salt the hell out of everything. Maybe an off night? New guy on the fryer/flat top? Don't know. Ask your server for no salt, or ask if there is a low sodium option available for your dish? This restaurant is beneath the service staff. It's super rare I see this. 25+ years as an executive chef I have never seen service from a corporate franchise that is close to this. Don't take my word for it. Come see for yourself. I will give this place one more run. Don't know when. But it'll be worth it to back up my opinion, or confirm that I need to adjust my stance in the original...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My experience: Me coming from Canada & Heard many good reviews about Olive Garden food. Ordered food for a special occasion for ToGO Car-side to pick it up at 10:30 PM June 11th, 2022. Reached restaurant at 10:25 PM, 5 minutes early before the pickup and saw the message at the curbside to call a number! Unfortunately, I'm from Canada and here to spend a my weekend and do not have my phone to call.

I'm at the restaurant at 10:30 PM. I have informed about my situation to a young lady at the desk. She have told to wait in the lobby, as my food is not ready yet and she will inform me once after my food is ready. It looked like the restaurant was a bit busy and tried to understand the situation and been waiting for my chance with patience. This young lady had a chance to drop the food for others at the curbside after my order and had a noticed me waiting in the lobby several times and did not check on me or to give me an update about my order!!!! Later I did not see anyone available at the desk. I tried to ask an employee who was receiving customers at the entrance and he told me if he can find someone for me to help!

It was getting close to 11 PM!!!!! And I see MANY employees noticing me waiting for the food in the lobby but no one cared to ask me or update me about my food!! I was the only person in the lobby at that time!!

At 10:57 PM! When I was the employee who told me wait in the lobby leaving for the day! I went and asked for my food!! IT WAS ALREADY READY BUT NO ONE! NO ONE! In the whole place cared about my order!!!

At that moment! I felt very disappointed! Dissatisfied! And was so frustrated that they have let me wait for that long for 35 mins! And didn't even apologized me!!!

Just walked out with a smile and respect from their! And trying to write my experience in words!

I'm still not sure how can anyone just ignore a customer even after noticing him waiting for so long and even after approaching twice for getting an update on a order which is past my pick up time!!

Felt really bad if it was my...

1 year ago review: Alright so, the food was really good, but id like to really emphasize the service Mailani (Not sure if that's how you spell her name, sorry) gave throughout the entire time. Super sweet, very on point, engaging, and an absolute joy to converse with. She absolutely made the experience a million times better. She really lights up that entire restaurant with her energy and greatness. You deserve the world girl keep it pushing! Thank you for making our little group of 4 feel at home!

2 days ago experience & review: First I would like to compliment whomever is running this location, I make an appearance at Olive garden once a year or so and every single time my experience is unique, fun, uplifting, and always on point. Whoever is in charge of hiring seems to be doing something right because the people that work at this location are all really outgoing and great at customer service and creating a welcoming environment. My fiance and I went to Olive Garden the other night for a spur of the moment date night and we took advantage of the buy one take one deal going on. The food was absolutely amazing, from the fresh breadsticks, to the salad, to the Alfredo and the Manicotti dishes, and the bottomless iced teas were refreshing and tasty as well! The take home dishes were just as good and truly worth the price during this deal. What is most amazing to me is that throughout my years of going to this location once every blue moon, every single time, the service is substantially better than you would expect from even some 5 star restaurants. I believe Stevie was our server (Sorry I didn't remember your name but that was on the receipt so I will assume) and she was a delight. Super funny, obviously knows how to read people well and individuals senses of humor. Everyone on staff that night was very welcoming and nice though, from the front end, to wait staff, thank you for another fantastic experience Southcenter...
