Potato Corner — Restaurant in Tukwila

Their was an employer or appeared to be an employee walking up and down eating food. He was talking to other employees inside a very small area, who were taking orders and preparing food. Extremely unsanitary. At one point he put whatever he was eating down, put on an apron and grabbed a paper cup, dipped it into ice, and poured a fountain drink and gave it to a customer. And no time.did he wash his hands. Hands that came into contact with his dirty cell phone, his mouth, saliva, and whatever food item that he was enjoying. Then he proceeded to pick up whatever he was eating walking' talking, chewing, in the same small area that food was being prepared. I got so disgusted I went to the cashier and told him/her that this guy should not be behind the counter eating and talking and having a good old time. This cashier stated, "OH, he isn't working here." I informed this cashier that in that case he should definitely not be back their because it was unsanitary and he could make a lot of people sick. I'm not sure what they told him..but he proceeded to move to a corner a crouch down as if he was hiding. I also informed the cashier that I did not want him to touch my food. Their were several customers waiting for their food. Over 15 mins for us. I will NEVER go back there...

So, normally this place is my go to. But I just went to this location and had an unpleasant experience with the employees working there.

I had been waiting for my order for a while, thought I had heard my order number which was also confusing because of how the cashier said I was order 2 after marking my receipt that even tho it was originally 1 (?), and then went over to ask about it.

The employee was very rude was when I asked about my order and sarcastically said my order was actually 1. Then, instead of making a fresh order had taken an old one from the heating lamp to give to me. I thought that was odd but thought maybe it was just a recently made one. Except it tasted like it was stale when I took bite so I went to the cashier to ask for a remake. Except I was refused and asked for my receipt which I gave and then was told because my order was made 20 minutes ago I could not receive a remake even though 10 of those minutes was waiting for my order.

In addition, the employee who “made” my order came over and complained loudly for all the customers and employees to hear that it was a fresh order, he said it twice. I didn’t want to make a scene so I left right after. But I honestly regret it….It was a very embarrassing and...

So upset!! I ordered bbq fries at 12:41 and got them at 1:10…. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! that’s too long of a wait . I kept going up but I honestly think they skipped me or forgot . There was only 1 worker (a girl who had long braids) I would wait in front ,she would look at me confused I said “I’m still waiting” and she walked away. I sat down I had 3 kids with me complaining to me about their fries . Another worker finally got there and the braid girl left she returned shortly after .so I went up again at this point I was waiting 17 min I told the girl “does it really take 17 min for some fries?” She looked at me with a face of discussed.. and walked away without saying anything the guy said sorry we’re short staffed. Like ok if you’re short staffed and u have a lot of people waiting maybe wait to take your break..? The girl came up and said is your name Sheryl ?? I said no it’s Keila how much longer she said 1 min. It took more than that .. I’m so upset it took that long. But her attitude was...
