This is an updated review from my last visit a year ago when the worker said they were closed 35 minutes to closing (9/24/24). I normally get a footlong as a combo at all subway regardless of price difference. Well guys I have never had a sadder $13 footlong. The contents you ask ? Salami, spinach and cucumber. Why so simple ? Cause all the ingredients I wanted they didn’t have or carry. I asked if they had avocado and she said yes. They did not infact have avocado; it was a guacamole spread my face could not stop expressing the disbelief, what subway doesn’t carry their ingredients. When she told me the total of $18 after I grabbed a Gatorade and I’m not getting a combo ?! Yeah I put the Gatorade back and I should have stuck with my original plan of just going to dukes if I knew subway would be equivalent in pricing. Very dissatisfied & the fact that this visit is a month shy of it being a whole year from my last visit where the employee said they were closed after he just finished making sandwiches. If you’re going to be independently owned and not carry subways full ingredient list please list yourself as another sandwich shop instead of ruining their name and moto. Definitely did not get my sandwich made the way I wanted, I had to go to Safeway and spend that $6 I would’ve on that Gatorade for the rest of the ingredients to my sandwich and a Gatorade which is only $1.87. In all honesty I should’ve left with no sandwich but I felt bad the girl made it already. Like would you pay $13 for a sad sappy sandwich with only 3 ingredients? If the food could get 0 stars I’d give it. The subway in SeaTac is way better & 24 hours customer service there is 5 star and their bread...
Read moreI was on my lunch break at this location when a power outage occurred today (9/11/17). My food was completely done, when the power went out, and the manager told me I would have to pay in cash (because the check out was offline with no power). I only had a ten dollar bill to pay with, however, the manager could not make change because the checkout machine was not working. Instead of either comping the sandwich, or letting me pay later (I work next door at iFLY) she insisted on keeping my money and promised that she would bring me my change when the power came back on.
A couple hours go by, and she hasn't brought me my change, so I stop back in to see what is going on. Turns out she left for the day and took my money home with her. I have the part-timer who is on staff call her, and she says I can come back tomorrow morning for my change. On top of everything, my food was so abhorrently disgusting that I was only able to stomach half of the sandwich before throwing the other half away.
This whole situation has been so grossly miss-managed that I am furious. Aside from the managers horrible attitude, the unpalatable food, and the fact that this particular store always closes hours before their listed closing time on the door, I still haven't received my change.
Avoid this location at all costs! If you're in the area, spend the extra dollar to get Teriyaki Time or...

A guy was in front of me and my friend and they were so generous to him and everything. Once my friend and i started ordering, they said something we couldnt even hear what they said and just kept talking in their language. Not that im against that or anything, but hello your serving a customer and i dont know what your saying. Then i said what type of bread I wanted, the lady said “thats what i said” and rolled her eyes. Kept going down the line and I got to where i need to pay. She was rushing me to pay and to hurry.
