I order quite frequently from this location. I'm a bit disappointed as I use to be a manager at a jjs in Michigan for many years. So I know the way things run. I ordered tonight and placed an order for an hour out. I got an email within 2 mins saying it was out for delivery. Now normally I'd be estatic that it was out so soon. My husband is in law enforcement so I never really know what time he will be home. I ordered it an hour out so that way it would be here around the time he gets home or a little bit after. Now the past THREE times I've ordered they have got my order wrong. I try to be understanding. But this time I called the store and the gentlemen answered and asked me to hold. When he came back he asked if I was at such and such address. I told him yes. He said the delivery driver is out and will be at my house shortly. I calmly told him that I placed the order for an hour out. He told me that he can't guarantee me a delivery time. I simply explained IDC about a delivery time. I just didn't want it made for another hour. I don't want it sitting here getting soggy after I just paid $30 for it to come fresh AFTER 630. He said he was sorry but they were working with one driver and that it will be delivered close to the 630 mark. So you're telling me that I ordered 30$ in food for it to sit in a damn car for an hour to be deliverer at 630. It just arrived and came 40 mins earlier then the time I asked it to arrive. Now my husband's meal will be nice and soggy. Or I can stick it in the fridge and he can eat it in 40 -45 mins after the bread turns to a rock. I've given this location chance after chance. I will not be buying...

I decided to try the Firecracker Wrap for the 1st time to go purchase in the store.  I returned to my office breakroom to enjoy my lunch.  I ended up throwing the wrap away because it was swimming in Mayonnaise.  The amount of mayo completely ruined the wrap.  I enjoy the mayo but not to the point where it seemed I was eating a mayo sandwich (overpowering the meats and other condiments).  I went to my office and I found myself really irritated that I spent money for something I could not eat.  My co-worker noticed my irritation and suggested I call the store and inform the Manager.  When I called, the manager listened to my report & feedback and then he was silent for at least 15 secs.  Then he replied "Okay, if you would like to come back up here we will replace it for you."  I informed the Manager (Luke) that I only had 30 mins for Lunch and now I have to attend a meeting.  I asked if he could replace the lunch on another day?  He replied "If you can't come up here today then I will not be able to replace it."  That seemed absurd to me and put me in an even worse mood.  I will no longer choose Jimmy Johns as an option again.  Very Disappointing...

I am not even giving this store 1 star, my husband ordered 2 sandwiches and when he got home, one sandwich had no meat. Called the store to let the Caleb Malone, states he was the General Mngr, no one above him to speak to . He then said he made the sandwiches himself and maybe my husband ate the meat on the way home, acted like we were lying, would not own up to his own mistake. Ridiculous!!! Asked him to give me the corporate number and he told me to google it. We were in business for over 35 years and never treated a customer the way he did! He stated he will put us on the list to never to be able to order from there again. We never have been treated so poorly, never want to order from there again as well!...
