Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in Vinings

I just experienced the WORST costumer service. I arrived at the location at 8:47pm and the door was locked; the sign on the door said that they were open until 9:30pm. My boyfriend and I knocked on the door and we were ignored while they served their "last" costumers. We called the number and explained how the sign on the doors says 9:30pm, yet the door was locked. The employee comes to to door and places her cell phone against the still closed door and showed us that online it says that they close at 9:00pm. At this point, we are frustrated because during this interaction a simple resolution would have been to just let us in and serve the paying costumer. I later found out the employee's name was KYMAURIA, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and NASTY. During the entire interaction she continued to ROLL HER EYES and she appeared very AGGRESSIVE. OMG! Ordered a Mississippi Mud Pie for my hubby's birthday - haven't had one in many years since they stopped making pies. But the management of this store listened to how they used to make them and she said "I will help you." She personally made a chocolate crumb crust for the pie, then coffee ice cream with a thin layer of vanilla covered with a chocolate fudge. AMAZING! This should be on the menu all the time. Super great people at this store and really made a personal experience/request wonderful. My hubby wants another one now!...

This was the worst experience that i have ever has. There were only limited flavors of ice cream you could get. When asked about the fruit toppings he explained he only has strawberry, but in the picture of the banana split it was pineapples.he said he only has strawberries that it everything else is frozen and wont be available. When asksed about other flavors he said he only has the 8 flavors that were out.he was very nice and polite, but i wish it was more to choose from...
