Dining at Fogo de Chao is always a memorable experience, and our recent visit to celebrate a birthday was no exception. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of our meal was impeccable. The service, as always, was top-notch, with attentive servers checking on us regularly, keeping our drinks filled and side dishes replenished without missing a beat. The side dishes alone are worth a mention. The warm, cheesy bread, creamy mashed potatoes, crispy polenta, and sweet fried bananas are delightful staples that perfectly complement the main attraction. This time, we also indulged in caipirinha cocktails, which were delightfully refreshing and added a festive touch to the evening. We opted for the full churrascaria experience, which offers an unparalleled selection of expertly prepared meats served tableside. From succulent picanha to perfectly seasoned lamb chops, each cut was cooked to perfection. The experience also included unlimited access to their salad bar, which features an impressive array of fresh vegetables, gourmet cheeses, cured meats, and more. It’s a feast for both the palate and the eyes. No meal at Fogo de Chao is complete without dessert, and theirs are truly legendary. Their offerings are truly legendary, and we couldn’t resist indulging in a variety of sweet treats. One of the favorites was the molten lava cake chosen by the birthday celebrant, beautifully presented with a personalized birthday message written in icing and a glowing candle for the perfect celebratory touch. Each bite was pure decadence, capping off an exceptional evening on the most delightful note. Dining at Fogo de Chao always feels like a celebration, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

We recently had an incredible dining experience at Fogo de Chão. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the clean, modern vibe of the place – it set the perfect tone for a great evening. Our two waiters, Nebyat and Mekdes, were awesome. They worked together seamlessly, making sure we were taken care of throughout the night. Their friendly, welcoming attitudes made us feel right at home, and they really knew their stuff when it came to the menu. The picanha and sirloin were standouts – both cuts were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. And the crème brûlée? Easily one of the best desserts I’ve had, with that perfect caramelized top. The salad bar was fresh and full of variety, adding another level to the whole experience. Plus, the free valet parking was a nice touch – it’s clear they’ve thought of everything to make the evening smooth from start to finish. What really made the night special was the way Nebyat and Mekdes paid attention to the little details, like keeping our drinks topped off and checking in at just the right moments. They made sure everything was spot-on without being overbearing. On top of that, Fogo de Chão has a huge collection of wines and an endless variety of meats to choose from – you’ll never run out of delicious options. I also have to mention the fried cheese with honey – I had never tried that combination before, and it surprised me how much I enjoyed it. Fogo de Chão is more than just a great meal – it’s an experience. Whether you’re in the mood for incredible meats, a unique high-end salad bar, or just a special night out, this place delivers.

Yesterday, we decided to go to Fogo de Chão Tysons location to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. His sister also returned from college to join us for the celebration, and we had made a reservation a week in advance. This used to be our favorite restaurant, and we have visited many locations over the years. I arrived with my daughter 10 minutes before the rest of the family. When I spoke to the host about our reservation for a table of five, I explained that my husband and the boys were on their way and would arrive shortly. However, the host refused to seat us, insisting that we wait until everyone in our party had arrived. This seemed unreasonable to me. When my family finally arrived, we were seated and greeted by our waiter. We went to the salad bar, which was good, and we enjoyed our salads. However, after finishing our salads, we waited over half an hour to be served the meat. No side dishes were offered, which is usually part of the experience. When the waiters began to serve the meat, we found it to be either overcooked, burned, or dry. The servers only brought meat to two or three of us at a time, leaving others frustrated. Additionally, one of the servers brought us two fish dishes that still had leftover bones; one even included the fish head, which we found disrespectful. I informed her that we wouldn’t eat the dishes with bones and asked her to return when she had fresh fish available. Overall, the service was horrible. My son expressed disappointment, stating that if he had known it would be like this, he would have preferred to celebrate his birthday at a regular restaurant instead. The food was either burned or undercooked, the restaurant was overcrowded and chaotic, and as a result, we couldn’t celebrate my son’s birthday as planned. We will never return to this restaurant, and I will not recommend it to any friends or family.

I recently dined at Fogo de Chão in Tyson's Corner, VA, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is sophisticated and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion or a refined night out. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making sure our dining experience was flawless. The highlight, of course, was the incredible selection of meats. Each cut was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection, brought to our table continuously by the skilled and friendly gaucho chefs. The variety was impressive, from the succulent picanha to the flavorful lamb chops. The Market Table and Feijoada Bar offered a fantastic array of fresh vegetables, salads, and traditional Brazilian side dishes, adding a delightful balance to our meal. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with the papaya cream being a standout choice – light, refreshing, and a perfect end to a wonderful meal. The wine list and cocktail options were extensive and complemented the food beautifully. Overall, Fogo de Chão delivered an unforgettable dining experience with outstanding service and delectable cuisine. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and luxurious Brazilian steakhouse experience. Five stars all the way!

This is a great place to fill yourself up on a delicious selection of meats, which includes steaks, lamp chops, chicken, etc. I came here for my birthday, so I was offered a free dessert. I was able to use two coupons, one for each dinner. Sparkling water is not free . The yucca and banana are perfect for cleansing the palette, and to just eat alone. Initially, I had requested well-done lamb chops, but never got them. I believe one of the managers came buy once we were almost full and asked if we had any requests, so I asked for the lamb chops again. We got them, but unfortunately were too full to eat them. The staff is amazing; all the waiters are available to assist. There were a few negative points to note. The restaurant wasn't too easy to find, it is in the lobby of a business building. Parking is not free: either pay $5.00 for valet, or park your own car in the same garage and pay after 1 hour or so. Also, I didn't think the buffet had a lot of items, rice didn't seem to pair well, I feel like sticky rice would have been easier to eat with the meat. I would recommend this place for a first-tme visit, but I would prefer another restaurant for this type of food.

This is my first google restaurant review, and it deserves a big shout out! Let me start by saying this place is great and the food is always delicious. I've been to many Fogo de Chao steakhouses around the country and Tysons is my favorite location. The food, service and atmosphere are always 5/5 stars . What really made me write this review was how the restaurant generously accommodated for my marriage proposal to my wife. Being in the military we were short on time, I wanted to propose, and I thought why not at the first place I took her on a date. I called the hostess, and she took down the necessary information and next moment we're there eating at the restaurant. I initially planned on proposing outside but it was extremely windy that day so the manager opened the extra side of the restaurant just for the proposal and arranged all the decorations. They brought us Champaigne to toast and helped set everything up, all while keeping everything hidden from my wife while we ate at the table. In all, it was a moment in my life that I will never forget, my belly and I will always be thankful to the staff members at the Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse.
