We have a chance to improve. Nice. Everything Francais...even the Baguette EPI. Loose leaf and bagged Tea. Good Cafe'. But...it hurts...even a new store. Tiny flies and regular flies. ON the Patries that only have a half front facing sneeze guard. They fly towards the non-refridgerated pastry case. Even the chocolate cookie they were sampling. Get a blue light buzz zapper white overhead above entry exit front doors INCLUDING the rear unloading door. It's a bakery...but...turn in the A/C. Dont sweat your customers. They wont be back. Brand new within 2 weeks. Great try. Everything else including the service isnt snobby like an unmentioned Danville bakery Attempting french style. This owner is for real. Three of the workers es par lex bous Francais. QUI! Brioche es excellent'. Nice selection. Continue menu.grow mildly. Prepare for more customers. Know with Peets and The Coffee Shop on the same side down doors. They have their loyal following. Do More social media outreach. To survive, it's not all visibility and walk bys. Word of mouth still works. We enjoyed our hour visit. Going back again. They have alot of comps on Locust. Be aware. Make extra accommodations to ensure progress and staying open doors. The and Painbread is good too. Some unique items. And served as you can see in a pic. A paper from a french newsprint(ink safe). Nice touch. Owner is hands on and careful to keep tabs. Nice arranged seating and nice touch of window watching bar seating. No outside bistro seating yet. Maybe C.O. W/C coding. We look forward in the future to a great day nite Cafe' styled from Paris countryside. Not La Boulange style nor La Boulangerie. Which is good. We look forward to nouveau items to come to Brioche de...
Read moreI feel like I don't hand out 5 stars easily, and this place deserves 5 based on the stuff they sell. The crepe was very good, and the shakerato I had was amazing! I didn't know what it was, but it's a shaken espresso with a bit of heavy cream and whatever flavoring you want. I recommend it. The Nutella pasty I had was really good as well it was like a shortbread cooking with Nutella in the center. Their sandwiches looked really good too but I didn't try any. Based on their size they were a bit overpriced but I just wasn't hungry enough to buy one. I'll try one next time though.
The reason for the 4 stars was the staff. They deserve a 3/5 stars. I was next in line, and the 2 girls finished their conversation about how cute their customer from the morning was. One girl stood in front of me laughing and making faces about how he was not cute at all.
Then when my order was handed to me, it was the wrong order, which is no big deal. The problem was that my order was not handed to me, but instead the girl at the register told me to grab it, as she just leaned on the counter. I walked from the table to the counter to grab it, when she could have handed it to me at least in front of the register. I wasn't asking for her to walk all the way to me but at least for her to reach her hands out, grab my food and hand it to me. The way the counter is positioned, I had to walk past her and grab it from her right side. I understand they are young, but that's no excuse for laughing and finishing your conversation with your coworkers when you have a customer standing in front of you. If the food had not been as good, I would have given this...
Read moreBrioche de Paris is an absolute gem for anyone who appreciates the art of baking and a perfectly crafted cup of coffee. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air, and itâs impossible not to feel a sense of excitement. The bakery boasts an incredible variety of croissants and other baked items, each one more tempting than the last.
During my visit, I had the chance to try a few of their pastries, and they were nothing short of phenomenal. The croissants were flaky, buttery, and baked to perfectionâtruly some of the best Iâve ever had. Whether youâre a fan of classic plain croissants or something more indulgent like almond or chocolate-filled, Brio de Paris has something to satisfy every craving.
But itâs not just the baked goods that shine here. The coffee is equally impressive. Rich, smooth, and expertly brewed, itâs the perfect complement to their pastries. I especially appreciated the touch of latte art on my drinkâitâs a small detail, but it adds a lovely, personal touch to the experience.
Brioche de Paris is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and savor every bite and sip. Whether youâre stopping by for a quick coffee and croissant or settling in for a leisurely morning, this bakery is a must-visit. With its incredible baked goods, delicious coffee, and charming atmosphere, Brio de Paris is a true standout. Donât miss out on this...
