P.F. Chang's To-go — Restaurant in Washington

This is my first time here. I am restricted by dr, no salt,no canned food, no processed ,,and hypoglycemia(chronic low blood sugar)..So having checked other places to eat, I was desperate. The host Tierra listened patiently to my needs. She brought someone to further determine how to meet my nutritional needs. Her Mger Mr McAllister is also the cook . We decided no protein as both chicken and beef are sodium marinated. So steam vegetables , with plain white rice to be my best option for a meal. A lovely variety of carrot, broccoli, onion, mushroom, bean sprouts,cabbage,, ginger, red peppers, garlic , black pepper. I topped it off with the wall of chocolate cake. A succulent dream of creamy chocolate, moist cake , and covered in semi sweet chips. Accompanied by a raspberry sauce, and fruit. Ahh! I have died and gone to heaven! I shall indulge here in the near future. Their kindness, attention to my needs, the small detail, the patience earn my rating of 10! On a 0 to 10 scale. But on a star system they are top tier 5 star. This place touched my heart....

As much as I enjoy PF Chang's, I won't patronize this location again. Spent roughly $100 (crab wontons, ribs, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli) all carryout. 3 people at the register insisting I leave a tip. Why in the hell am I tipping on a to go order I'm in the store ordering. If you don't tip, you're concerned about the preparation of your food. It's not being delivered, I didn't call it in. There were more staff working on Saturday than needed, based on customers for sure. While waiting for my order only one customer came in. If this is a franchise, it won't be in existence long operating like this. Going forward, I'm only eating PF Chang's in Columbia, Maryland. I regret every minute I spent in this location. Tipping on to go orders gets me really annoyed. Pandemic got service workers and business owners beside themselves,...

I went to this restaurant because I know the chain and in general they have amazing food. I entered the place at 19.15 (on 11/11/24) and the girl at the cashier was already looking annoyed. She asked if I had to order or pick up and when I said “I need to order” she rolled back her eyes, left, and going to the kitchen she moved her head back like she did not want to work. A terrible attitude. The way she treated us (and other people that LEFT the store) was unbelievable. Too bad for a chain like this. The food was ok, not to the standards of the chain but ok. Anyways I would NEVER recommend to anyone to go in this...
