Well I went to this location on the first to buy my family something for lunch time All was going ok until I went to order my 1 year old a kids meal . we got home and had everything except my daughters cookie I mean my daughter was ok but 24 dollars to this establishment a cookie is what all children look forward to after eatting there meal. But when we found out the cookie was not in my daughters bag my husband called the restaurant but when the first guy answered he hung up on my husband than my husband called back and than talked to someone else and the gentleman said yes mamm my husband said you are talking to a gentleman not a lady but the guy than had the nerve to say that you sound like a lady on the phone and was laughing at my husband and could hear others laughing in the background with him. Its not about a cookie but showing respect and learning good phone etiquette when talking to someone on the phone. And to top it off my husband is disabled so I'm usually the one going into places like this to help him out. So basically my husband was being made fun of .My husband called corperate 3 times first time he was told the owner will get back with you in 2 business days that didn't happen second time he called he was told I'll email him again 3rd time my husband said if I do not get a call from the owner I will not be eating at subway again.If the owner really cares about how his business is being ran maybe he needs to retrain the employees of how a business should be ran and if he really cared about us as customers he would of called...
Read moreI placed an order online to save some time. I got my email confirmation at 5:52PM. The email said that my order would be ready for pickup at 6:10PM. I arrived at 6:08PM. I went to the drive thru believing this would be easier. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes without moving. There was only one vehicle in front of me and they hadn't even taken his order. I parked and went inside and then waited another 15 minutes just to be able to tell them I'm there to pickup an online order. Then I found out they hadn't even made my order yet. I waited as they made my order standing in front of an ironic sign that says I should have ordered online. I received my bags and went home. When I got home I realized they forgot a sandwich. I went back to the store and found that they made it but forgot to give it to me. I got home (again) and found that ingredients were missing from the sandwiches. I checked the email confirmation and found that they were listed on the email. I went to fill out a survey but the survey required information from a paper receipt. There was no ice and the cashier didn’t say anything while I was trying to get ice until I asked. She Said she could get some from the back so I sit down and waited. She never did. As We ate I watched 3 or 4 more customers try to get ice and she never acknowledged them until one guy asked about it. She went to the back and back with his cup and got him some.
I thought if I worked there I would at least offer to get it for all. So I asked her If the ice machine was broken and she they had to get it from the back to fill it up.
