Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Weatherford

I love the food but we had a pretty bad experience here a couple of weeks ago.

So, currently only the drive through is open...dine-in area is closed and doors are locked. No big deal. We ordered our food in the drive through. As we were driving off my wife noticed we were missing an item we had paid for. We went back and she walked up to the door, put her receipt up to the door so they could see and knocked to get their attention that something was amiss. Instead of coming to the door...to even just leave the door closed and talk through the door...they looked up at her and then continued working, ignoring her. She knocked again, thinking maybe they looked up but didn't actually see her. Again, they looked directly at her and continued ignoring her.

I had to call them and complain about what had happened in order to get my missing food. Then, and only then, they were "sorry" about the missing food, but they didn't seem to be sorry about ignoring my wife at the door, twice. I like Raising Cane's but this was a bit ridiculous. We won't be going back to this...

I have been sick since after Thanksgiving& today was 1st outing from home! The service, as usual, was on point! That sweet girl at the window in drive thru- was sweet as can be & had a smile that lit up this dark & dreary day! (She was petite with long hair & braces).BUT, the food, as usual, HOT, FRESH & Well worth the $13.81 I paid- cuz unlike most fast food in Weatherford Texas, they do not skimp on food quality or portions & as usual, it's delicious! For me, an old Nana on SS, I can afford to eat out at CANE'S in WEATHERFORD, because on the BOX MEAL, I can get 2 if not 3 meals out of it! (Depends on how much I share with my 2 rescue Cat's- Bleu & Noura!)! Thanks to the manager & staff at CANE'S in WEATHERFORD TX cuz y'all never disappoint me & I've never had a problem with orders or drive thru!!!

Yeah sure the chicken is good, but it's still just a chicken tender. Fries - always just a tad undercooked, and then they get soggy in the to go box and they are way over salted. My orders have been wrong more times than right. Also, don't expect to order through the app and actually have an employee come out to bring you your order if you select curbside. When I got sick and tired of waiting, I went inside and saw at least 3 employees doing absolutely nothing and yet, there was my order, just sitting behind the register (not even on the too go shelf where I could have grabbed it) To top it off, I got almost back to my car and one of the employees came running out because they had forgotten an entire meal with my order. Get it together! There are much better options who are actually taking care of their guests and work to improve whatever they can! Also, for crying out loud, add ranch as a...
