With the size of this place, number of employees inside, and pretty decorations (it is beautiful in there!) you'd expect there to be tableside service, so it was surprising that it's more of a fast food setup. You order at one end of the counter and pick it up at the other side, so I'm not sure why they have so much sitting space.
We ordered for there but it ended up as a to-go order, so there was some delay getting our food because I was waiting on a tray and didn't realize that the bag sitting there was my order. They did let us sit on the patio with our dog, so that was nice.
I ordered a fajita burrito but there was nothing fajita nor burrito about it. It was the size of a taco and there were no vegetables on it at all, just chicken. So I loaded it up with toppings from their large salsa bar and honestly it was so delicious that I couldn't complain. In fact for days afterwards I was craving more!
My husband was less impressed with his enchiladas, but he's got high Mexican food standards being from New Mexico. But the prices are right, affordable and in line with the proportions. It was clean, fast and smells fantastic...
Read moreBefore we moved to Weatherford, Rosa's was one of our family's go to restaurants for fast Tex-Mex. However, this location has proven to be a growing disappointment with each visit. Burritos that fall apart instantly, undercooked meat, and especially their cheap attitude towards à la carte offerings. We used to enjoy ordering the fajita meat by the ounce, as four ounces of meat for roughly four dollars was an excellent deal. Yet, here they claim that the four ounce weight is that of the container and use this excuse to give us only about two ounces of meat. I know this is not the case at other locations. The staff has been very unprofessional as well, and even though I prefer to give any minimum wage worker a fair amount of grace since I know how hard their jobs are, their continual condescending and arrogant behavior is hard to forgive. They often rush your through your order in the drive thru. Overall, we will...
Read moreJust a heads up, if you order "a beef fajita" you get a small cup of meat with no tortilla. If that’s what I wanted then I would probably ask for "a side of beef fajita meat" and I certainly would not order that because it’s $5.29. Called the restaurant and was told to come back and I could get the #12. I’m 45 minutes away from this location. I would’ve been happy with a discount code or something to take back another time. A fajita is a fajita, it’s not a side of meat. I don’t think it’s relevant whether I order a #12 or say "I would like a beef fajita". If I was given time to look at the menu to see what number it was I would’ve asked for the number but instead the person taking my order continued to say "is that it" after every item I ordered. I’m perfectly capable of letting someone know when I’m done ordering. Super unimpressed by my experience here and the lack of accountability when I called...
