The area manager (Joe) was absolutely the best! He knew more about how the beds adjustable frame worked than any of the technicians I’ve met... Not only did he understand how to sync the controllers he knew how to program the flat function in a way that allowed me to hit the button, let go and the bed continued flattening own its own. More importantly Joe went above and beyond with respect to customer satisfaction! I had purchased the bed & adjustable frame for medical reasons, which had me concerned because the first warranty repair took almost 4 months and the technician wasn’t able to sync and program the controllers... in fact he said it was impossible to have multiple controllers synced at the same time. Joe was troubled by this so he set up a sync & program of my controllers using his expert set up team versus the extended warranty folks. Met with a very nice professional man named Joshua at the store on I20 access road about,a warranty return. Since he didn't have that bed any longer, or one comparable to it he referred me across the street to a larger store with more inventory to see Matt....another very nice professional who did have a comparable replacement which is probably made better than the bed I'm returning under warranty. I wanted to try to stay within the original amount paid. I had 100.00 left so he found a new mattress cover to finalize the transaction.
