Went in with my great aunt a few day ago and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to be sat down. After another 5-10 minutes the waitress comes over to us asking what we would like to drink there was only coke products and no Dr Pepper so we had water and after 10-15 minutes we get our waters and we told her we needed a little bit more time to look over the menu. Keep in mind while this has been going on there has been food sitting in the window getting cold after about 45 minutes to 1 hour of the food sitting in the window the wait staff brings it to the table (not my table a different one) so finally we are ready to order my aunt gets some toast, eggs and bacon and I get pancakes, bacon and eggs both our meals we al-a Carte after about another 20 minutes we âget our foodâ they place my aunts eggs on the table and then the waitress comes back over to the table and say âsorry these are for somebody elseâ and she goes to the back and sorts it out and then comes back and says âsorry these were your eggs maâamâ and I get my pancakes and my âeggsâ and my aunt only got her eggs at this point and they didnât give us silverware so after like 5 minutes of us not having silverware my aunt sees a big tub of silverware so she grabs us some and she takes one little bite of her eggs and says âEaston these eggs are cold and they are rawâ and this is as Iâm finishing my pancakes and I look at my eggs and I eat a little bit of them and they were raw and cold as well so now we have been sitting in this Dennys for almost 2 hours with cold eggs and 2 mediocre pancakes finally the waitress turns around in the back from BEING ON HER PHONE and she didnât wash her hands after being on her phone and I saw her touch the READY TO EAT FOOD without gloves and when she turns around she can see my aunt and my aunt says âIâm very unhappyâ so the waitress goes over to this other waiter behind the cash register and he comes over with a notepad and says âwhat exactly are you missing from you meal and my aunt responds with âit doesnât matter we are leavingâ so they guy goes over to the cash register and looks at our bill and comes back over and says âso you donât have to pay anything tonight thank you for coming inâ and my aunt said âI have never been in this place where it is this bad beforeâ and we walked out so the moral of this review is DONT GO TO THIS DENNYS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE the only good thing about this place is the music they play...
   Read moreI ordered through the app, a specific order with dietary restrictions, costing almost $40. The driver delivered the WRONG order with someone else's name on it. The store did not answer REPEATED calls and the delivery driver did not respond to right this. What kind of restaurant CLAIMS to be open 24 hours and then does not answer their phone lines for the restaurant OR for phone in order?? THIS ONE. This is a perfect example of HORRIBLE customer service. My only hope at this point is corporate Dennys who offered to put in a refund request. I'm not holding my breath. If this is not resolved promptly, I will NEVER order here again and will notify everyone I know to do the same.
**Edit - I ended up going into the store the same day, on my lunch break. There were 3 waiters (no manager) and 5-6 tables of people... not that busy. No one greeted me when I came in. After waiting, two of the waiters were nice enough but seemed oblivious to the phone not working ("Oh I was wondering why the phone wasn't ringing and it was so quiet!") The third waitress was very abrupt, bordering on rude, when I tried talking with her. She first said I would have to speak with Door Dash. I had to explain a second time that the receipt I was showing was for someone else and NOT mine. I also explained that I spoke to corporate who advised they had put in a refund request. Then she huffed and said she would call the manager. After she got off the phone she opened the register, took out $40 in cash, shoved it in front of me, said here you go, and walked quickly away. I was polite and respectful the entire time... this was uncalled for and unprofessional. Overall a poor experience, one I will not...

I ordered breakfast for my kids and myself and went to the designated pickup spotâthereâs only one. It was occupied by someone with a disabled placard, so I waited until they left and then parked. I called the restaurant to let them know I had arrived, only to be told the food wasnât ready yet. I waited patiently for about 10 minutesâwell past the estimated pickup time. When I finally got home, one of my kidsâ meals was missing from the bag. It took me 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. They said the missing item would be ready in 15â20 minutes. I returned at the 20-minute mark, and now Iâve been sitting in my car for 45 minutes because theyâre still âwaiting on it.â This isnât just a one-time issue. Every single time Iâve ordered from this place, something has been wrongâmissing sauces, forgotten shakes, incorrect items. Iâm beyond frustrated and officially done with this restaurant.
