Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Bloomfield Township

So I ordered pizza there the other day no problem they came to my door and everything like a delivery service is supposed to do everything was good. Then literally the next day I ordered. supposedly the driver was too lazy to get out of the car and come to the door with my pizza because there was construction outside on the street but they did it yesterday same condition. I called the store wondering where my food was and all they said was he came back to the store never mind and hung up so I called back wondering what was going on they said that the driver waited 15 minutes and ended up going Back to the store because he couldn’t come to the door. But yet the delivery driver from yesterday came to the door So I told him that the driver from yesterday came to the door with no problem and the person on the phone said well that driver didn’t want to get out the car and deliver the food. it was a different driver so they said that I could speak to their manager because they’re not coming out no more so I spoke to the manager and all she did was yell on the phone say that I was going to get banned and I have to come pick up my food now because they were too lazy to get out of their car and do what they’re supposed to dO. every employee should do the same customer service as everyone else should do they need better people working and they need a better manager because the lady I spoke to was rude disrespectful and just hung up the phone and didn’t tell me how I could get my money back lazy and disrespectful people work there. The owner and management of this location should be ashamed. My experience last night was the most embarrassing and deplorable one I’ve ever had at a fast food pizza chain....actually, the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. When I arrived to the store, there were four people “working” behind the counter. There was one couple in front of me placing an order which took ten minutes. Finally someone acknowledged me, asked my name and then said outloud “well, it’s about time!” Shocked at what I heard, considering I arrived 30 minutes after the pizza tracker marked my order as complete, I pretended I didn’t hear what she just said. Then the cashier asked my name, looked at her computer screen for a minute and couldn’t even express to me that my order wasn’t actually ready. Mind you, this was an hour after placing my order online. Confusing? Yeah, I was baffled too. Then, the whole place seemed to fall apart. One employee started cursing at the others and threw a giant blue tray thing on the ground. The energy was so hostile and toxic that I didn’t feel comfortable being there. If I was younger, I probably would’ve pulled out my phone to capture what was happening to put it in social media for others to witness. I then asked five times for them to cancel my order give me a refund. Finally, someone said outloud, order “709 cancel.” I left and went down the street to Jets. The order was not canceled. Worst Dominos experience of my life!!!

Deserves 0 stars. Website said 38-45 mins for delivery, yet email confirmation said 65-80 mins for delivery. After 1hr 10 mins and the “tracker” not moving past order received I decided to call… The manager Khari was thee RUDEST “manager” I have ever spoken with!!! Told me I was selfish and “not the only customer we have” after being upset because I sat on hold for 10 mins and had to call back just to find out what was going on with my order. He mentioned “covid” as a reason for being slow. Umm okay, is that a valid reason to be outright RUDE to paying customers?!?! I cancelled my order and will NEVER be retuning to Dominos because sadly this is the only location in my area. What a joke, I get better service at McDonalds and don’t pay 1/4 of the cost. Covid has really ruined the food industry and customer service quality. It’s sad that people with no tact or composer get a management spot when they’re clearly too hot headed and don’t have the maturity to handle the stress.
