Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Westminster

So disgusted by this Sydney character as well as someone named Natalie. I went into Chick-fil-A with my service animal who has all documentation and Sydney ran from the drive-thru outside as she saw me walking inside and she has already questioned the documentation before for my service animal. She ran around to the drive-thru window it was whispering with her hand up to Natalie's ear about me. I walk inside and order and she said you're not allowed in here with that dog and whistled and pointed at the door shooing me away. I feel so disrespected and discriminated against. It was like a group of gaggling middle school tweens grouping around and talking about me and my animal. It was like the game telephone in one person's ear and spreading like wildfire. I told her she has her documentation and she is a service animal. As I had already shown her and told her before. She was trying to refuse me service. By law I am not required to show any documentation and am not to be questioned about why she is a service animal. This violates my legal rights. For the record...I did show another employee my animal's service card just so everyone that Sydney and Natalie had congregated against me would see. This is something I will be contacting my lawyer about. This is in direct retaliation for a previous Google review that a family member of mine wrote. This location consistently gives bad service and customer service. I went to the drive thru and was told to pull up to a parking spot because my food wasn't ready. I saw multiple cars come after me and get their food in the other spots. I asked the guy bringing out the food if my my food was coming. He said he didn't have the order yet. He came out with an order for me but it wasn't mine. I finally went in the store after 30 minutes. They said they still didn't have my order. I saw the girl walk by that took my order and she said my order went out already. It turns out they gave my order to someone else. I understand mistakes happen but if I told the guy coming out to me about the issue shouldn't he have gone in and asked about it. If you send someone off line to wait for their food shouldn't you be looking if they are there for a long time waiting and track down the issue. The manger came to the counter and gave me my remade order and said she had some coupons for me. I told her no. Why would I want to go back with a coupon after this experience. I think they should have given me something or refunded all or part of my order. We talked about the issue over the weekend with our neighbors and they all said they always have an issue when going to this location. It was okay the first few times I went but now they’re just slow and rude. I work in the orchard so it’s easy for me to drive there on my break but lately I’ve been coming around noon and they’ve taken almost 15 minutes to bring out my order. I asked for a receipt and the cashier rudely said they don’t give out receipts anymore, that doesn’t make any sense. They never ask if I want sauces and get annoyed when I ask for them. One time the coke was flat and they said all the soda will be flat since I think the coke is flat?? The dining room is always clean and I can always find a place to sit. They also frequently forget things in my order when I go through the drive-thru and get mad when I confront them on it. I saw a mouse once outside the restaurant while waiting in the drive-thru but don’t be fooled alot of places in the orchard have them near the back because of the fields. I always see the same poor girls outside in the heat sweating and red. One girl almost had an asthma attack a few months back while taking my order!!! I asked if they rotated them or at least only had them out for a bit but was informed they stay out until someone says they can come in.
